背景技术
在电力系统中没有专门的放线设备,电线通常缠绕在绕线器上,绕线器的绕线圈是圆柱状结构,使用时,都是单盘人工取线,并且需要人工捋直电线。使用不方便,工作效率低,不能快速完成捋直电线,不能记录取线长度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种单路放线器,以解决现有技术单盘人工取线,使用不方便,工作效率低,不能快速完成捋直电线,不能记录取线长度等问题。
本实用新型主要由绕线器组成,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是单路放线器支架为梯形结构,支架顶部设置绕线器,通轴上设置挡环、可调节螺丝及制动器,绕线器为分体式结构,绕线器的绕线盘上设置绕线轴,绕线轴为方形空心套式结构,由绕线轴内套和绕线轴外套组成;绕线器一侧设置导轮,支架顶部一侧设置与绕线器对应的计数器;支架下部设置导辊,导辊置于支架下部的轴承座内。制动器采用踏板式结构,通过连线连接上部的制动片。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是结构简单,操作方便,可以根据电线的厚度随时调整绕线器,能快速完成电线捋直、计数及制动,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图所示:选择部分带有螺丝的通轴6,单路放线器支架3为梯形结构,支架3顶部安装绕线器,绕线器为分体式结构,绕线器的绕线盘4上焊接绕线轴,绕线轴为方形空心套式结构,由绕线轴内套5和绕线轴外套9组成;绕线器一侧设置导轮10,支架3顶部一侧设置与绕线器对应的计数器11;通轴6中部设置挡环8、可调节螺丝7及脚踏式制动器12,支架3下部设置导辊2,导辊2置于支架3下部的轴承1内。制动器12采用踏板式结构,通过连线连接上部的制动片13。计数器采用现有技术产品。
使用时,将电线线盘置入绕线器,根据电线厚度调节可调节螺丝,电线穿过导轮、计数器及导辊,一人在前方进行牵引,另一人关注计数器,达到所需长度后直接踩踏制动器,此时绕线器停止放线,使用专用钳把电线剪断即可得到所需的直电线。

1.一种单路放线器,主要由绕线器组成,其特征是单路放线器支架为梯形结构,支架顶部设置绕线器,绕线器的绕线盘上设置绕线轴,由绕线轴内套和绕线轴外套组成;绕线器一侧设置导轮,支架顶部一侧设置与绕线器对应的计数器;通轴上设置挡环、可调节螺丝及制动器,支架下部设置导辊,导辊置于支架下部的轴承座内,制动器采用踏板式结构,通过连线连接上部的制动片。
