碗生活中经常使用的餐饮器具。碗在使用过程中，碗底基本上都是放在桌面上的。这样一来，与桌面接触的碗底不免要被病菌污染。清洗后的碗虽然干净，但碗底还会有一定数量的残留病菌。现有结构的碗存在的缺陷是：摞在一起的碗，上面的碗底会接触到下面碗的内壁底部，残留在碗底的病菌便进入碗的内壁。
