技术领域
本实用新型属于太阳能光伏领域,具体涉及一种用于隧道太阳能供电和LED照明的控制系统。
背景技术
隧道包含有山体隧道、江底隧道等,隧道距离一般都比较长,其内部亮度不够,都需要照明装置。目前隧道照明主要采用传统市电,而照明多采用传统交流供电的白炽灯光源。这种模式存在系统耗能大,使用寿命短,系统控制不稳定、增加系统维护难度等问题。城市隧道出入口还需要增设水泥减光栅调整光照强弱,来调节驾驶员的视觉。
太阳能发电是直流电,而LED光源是直流负载,二者的结合,不存在模式切换,可以大大节约能源的利用率。这种模式相对传统供电模式,能够节约70%的电量,而且系统使用寿命长,稳定性好。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于隧道太阳能供电和LED照明的控制系统,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。

一种用于隧道太阳能供电和LED照明的控制系统,包括隧道前区、照度传感器、控制柜、隧道中区、隧道后区、LED光源、太阳能光伏板、信号转换线路、转换器和市电接口,所述隧道前区、隧道中区和隧道后区上都安装有LED光源,所述太阳能光伏板安装在隧道口上部,并且在越靠近隧道口的地方,太阳能光伏板或者太阳能电池片越来越密集,确保隧道入口亮度由亮变暗和隧道出口亮度由暗变亮,所述照度传感器安装在隧道的出、入口,所述隧道中区上部安装有控制柜,所述LED光源、太阳能光伏板、信号转换线路和转换器均连接在控制柜上,所述转换器上连接有市电接口,所述信号转换线路上连接有照度传感器。
有益效果
本实用新型在保证行车安全的条件下,使照明控制智能化,操作简便并尽量节约能源,运行管理成本低。

一种用于隧道太阳能供电和LED照明的控制系统,包括隧道前区1、照度传感器2、控制柜3、隧道中区4、隧道后区5、LED光源6、太阳能光伏板7、信号转换线路8、转换器9和市电接口10,所述隧道前区1、隧道中区4和隧道后区5上都安装有LED光源6,所述太阳能光伏板7安装在隧道口上部,并且在越靠近隧道口的地方,太阳能光伏板或者太阳能电池片越来越密集,确保隧道入口亮度由亮变暗和隧道出口亮度由暗变亮,所述照度传感器安装在隧道的出、入口,所述隧道中区4上部安装有控制柜3,所述LED光源6、太阳能光伏板7、信号转换线路8和转换器9均连接在控制柜3上,所述转换器9上连接有市电接口10,所述信号转换线路8上连接有照度传感器2。
控制柜3中主要包括中央处理器、电子元器件、仪表、继电器、开关,控制柜3能够实现系统运行和停止、自启动、简单系统错误恢复等功能。太阳能光伏板7安装在隧道口的上方,太阳能板朝南安装,太阳能光伏阵列代替传统的减光栅结构既是电源又是减光结构。在越靠近隧道口的光伏阵列排布越密,其透光比例越低,使进入隧道时,光照度越来越暗;而出隧道时,光照度越来越亮。太阳能光伏板7采用常规电池或者双玻光伏组件或者非晶硅光伏组件,同时可实现组件内透光率的调节。系统电源采用双回路供电,白天在有太阳能发电的情况下,系统电力由太阳能发电提供,在太阳光照不够或没有太阳能发电的情况下,系统自动切换到市电,由市电提供电力。照度传感器2安装在隧道出入口,将信号传送给控制柜3,出入口的亮度调节实现独立控制。控制软件为能够实现记录以及调控功能的软件,能够在控制柜3系统环境下运行,实现控制柜3预设的控制功能。照度传感器2安装在隧道出入口,将信号传送给控制柜3,出入口的亮度调节实现独立控制。太阳能光伏组件采用常规组件或者特殊结构设计的双玻组件,能够调节组件透光率;组件排布为越靠近隧道口,太阳能光伏板7排列越密,透光率越低。

1.一种用于隧道太阳能供电和LED照明的控制系统,包括隧道前区、照度传感器、控制柜、隧道中区、隧道后区、LED光源、太阳能光伏板、信号转换线路、转换器和市电接口,其特征在于,所述隧道前区、隧道中区和隧道后区上都安装有LED光源,所述太阳能光伏板安装在隧道口上部,并且在靠近隧道后区的地方太阳能光伏板铺设的地方越来越密集,所述隧道前区和隧道后区上部都安装有照度传感器,所述隧道中区上部安装有控制柜,所述LED光源、太阳能光伏板、信号转换线路和转换器均连接在控制柜上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于隧道太阳能供电和LED照明的控制系统,其特征在于,所述转换器上连接有市电接口,所述信号转换线路上连接有照度传感器。
