本实用新型介绍了一种输电线路导线温度监测装置,该装置由电流互感器(1)、数据采集控制盒(2)、GPRS模块(3)、温度传感器(4)和蓄电池(5)组成。其中电流互感器(1)电接所述数据采集控制盒(2)的电源输入端。数据采集控制盒(2)的串行通信口电接GPRS模块(3),数据输入端电接温度传感器(4),充放电控制端电接蓄电池(5)。该装置,1、可实时测量架空输电线路导线温度;2、温度测量范围:-55℃~+125℃;3、可直接从输电导线上取电,从而解决了野外长期运行的供电难题;4、导线温度的无人远程测量,节省了大量人力物力。

一种输电线路导线温度监测装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于电气工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种输电线路导线温度监测装置,该装置适用于电网中负荷较大的主干线路上实时监测导线的温度。
背景技术
随着国民经济的迅速发展,电力需求越来越大。现有的许多输电线路已处于高负荷运行状态之下。而高负荷运行状态即对导线的各项参数提出了严格的考验,特别是在炎热的夏天会使导线的温度变高,导致导线的弧垂加大,使得导线处于不安全的运行状态中。因此,当导线处于高负荷运行状态中的时候,有必要对导线的温度加以监测,以便当温度超过设定值时给予报警。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的落后状况,设计一种可以测量输电导线温度的装置,这样就可以利用该装置自动远程测量处于高负荷状态的输电线路导线温度,避免导线温度过高加大导线弧垂而引发电网事故,这种远程测量不需人员到达现场即可给电力调度人员提供导线的实时温度依据。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,参见附图1,设计的这一种输电线路导线温度监测装置如图1所示,由电流互感器1、数据采集控制盒2、GPRS(英文“GeneralPacket Radio Service”的缩写,中文译文为“通用分组无线服务”)模块3、温度传感器4和蓄电池5组成。其中所述电流互感器1电接所述数据采集控制盒2的电源输入端。所述GPRS模块3电接所述数据采集控制盒2的串行通信口。所述温度传感器4电接所述数据采集控制盒2的数据输入端。所述蓄电池5电接所述数据采集控制盒2的充放电控制端。
本实用新型的工作原理:电源供电分为两种情况,一种情况是,输电导线带电,即利用电流互感器1从输电导线上取电供给数据采集控制盒2,同时为蓄电池5充电;另一种情况是,输电导线上没电,这种情况下,蓄电池5就要为数据采集控制盒2供电。该数据采集控制盒2采用低功耗的单片机做为系统的主控器,外接三个数字式温度传感器对线夹温度、导线温度和环境温度进行测量,单片机将测量的数据处理后利用GPRS模块3通过GPRS网络传回到监测中心服务器,有此实现数据的采集和导线温度的监测。为了保证数据采集控制盒2在恶劣环境下长期稳定运行,数据采集控制盒2内部采用硬件定时复位电路,每隔24小时断电20秒进行复位,以防止程序跑飞。为尽量减小数据采集控制盒2的功耗,设计程序控制数据采集控制盒2数据采集频率,即使其只在被监测中心电话呼叫时才启动采集数据并传输数据的程序,而在其他时间则低功耗待机。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、可实时测量架空输电线路导线温度;
2、温度测量范围:-55℃~+125℃;
3、本装置可直接从输电导线上取电,从而解决了野外长期运行的供电难题;
4、导线温度的无人远程测量,节省了大量人力物力。

具体实施方式
参见附图1,图1所示为本实用新型一种输电线路导线温度监测装置一个具体的实施例。该实施例的电流互感器1,采用中国济南圣鸿电子有限公司研制的SCTK601型600/5A的开合式电流互感器,输入电流范围:0~600A,输出电流范围:0~5A;数据采集控制盒2采用中国湖南省汇粹电力科技有限公司生产HCDX001型数据采集控制盒;GPRS模块3采用中国深圳华为技术有限公司研制的GTM900B型模块,此模块是一款双频段GSM/GPRS无线模块,GTM900B波特率最高可达115200BPS,工作电压为4V,空闲模式电流小于3.8mA;温度传感器4采用美国MAXIM公司研制的DS18B20型数字式温度传感器,温度测量范围:-55℃~+125℃,供电电压为:3~5V;蓄电池5采用中国衡阳天明有限公司生产的SKW12-2.1型电池,电池电压为12V,电池容量为2.1Ah。上述电流互感器1、数据采集控制盒2、GPRS模块3、温度传感器4和蓄电池5之间按技术解决方案,参照图1所示结构框图连接,即电流互感器1接数据采集控制盒2的电源输入端。GPRS模块3接数据采集控制盒2的串行通信口。温度传感器4接数据采集控制盒2的数据输入端。蓄电池5接数据采集控制盒2的充放电控制端。由此构成的本实施例通过电流互感器1从导线上取电为数据采集控制盒2供电以及为蓄电池5充电,该数据采集控制盒2用于控制数据的采集、处理和传输。

1.一种输电线路导线温度监测装置,其特征在于,它由电流互感器(1)、数据采集控制盒(2)、GPRS模块(3)、温度传感器(4)和蓄电池(5)组成,其中所述电流互感器(1)电接所述数据采集控制盒(2)的电源输入端,所述GPRS模块(3)电接所述数据采集控制盒(2)的串行通信口,所述温度传感器(4)电接所述数据采集控制盒(2)的数据输入端,所述蓄电池(5)电接所述数据采集控制盒(2)的充放电控制端。
