Abstract
稀油站回油过滤箱，主要用于为轧机设备提供润滑油的过滤，它包括箱体，其特征是箱体内通过隔板将内腔分隔成左腔、中腔、右腔，回油管道伸入到左腔、右腔内，中腔内设有过滤网，右腔与中腔之间的隔板上设有进油口，左腔与中腔之间的隔板上设有溢流口。本实用新型能将设备运转过程中产生的金属杂质和其它污物有效地被过滤掉，从而使流入油箱稀油的洁净度大大改善，使设备的润滑效果变得更好，延长设备的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型主要用于为轧机设备提供润滑油的过滤，具体涉及稀油站回油过滤箱。
背景技术
稀油站主要是为轧机设备提供润滑，其工作过程是油泵将稀油从油箱中吸出后，经过过滤器过滤，通过管道输送到设备各个润滑点进行润滑，之后又经过回油管道流回油箱。现有的过滤器只是对油箱流出的油（出油）进行过滤，回流油箱的油（回油）没有过滤，导致稀油经过对设备润滑后，将设备运转过程中产生的金属杂质以及其它污物带回到油箱。经过长时间的循环，油箱中的稀油必将变得很脏，但油箱却不能经常清理和换油（一般为每年中修时清理），所以不但使输送到设备的润滑油的洁净度变差，增加了设备的磨损，而且经常堵塞过滤器，影响正常供油。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种稀油站回油过滤装置，目的是提高回油洁净度，降低设备磨损、减轻劳动强度。
本实用新型包括箱体，其特征是箱体内通过隔板将内腔分隔成左腔、中腔、右腔，回油管道伸入到左腔、右腔内，中腔内设有过滤网，右腔与中腔之间的隔板上设有进油口，左腔与中腔之间的隔板上设有溢流口。
本实用新型将流回的稀油经过在过滤箱中沉淀和过滤后再流入油箱。
回油管道上装一个控制阀门，回油经该阀门进入过滤箱，箱内有一过滤网和两块隔板，过滤网架在两隔板中间，两隔板垂直过滤箱底并与箱体三面密封焊合，回油经过阀门——管道从下侧流入过滤箱右部，经过一次沉淀后翻过隔板进入过滤网，进行二次过滤后流出。过滤箱左侧隔板上设有溢流口，如果过滤网发生堵塞而流油不畅，稀油可翻过隔板进入过滤箱左部直接流回油箱。
如果要对过滤网进行清理或更换时，可打开一个阀门，关闭另一个阀门，让回油直接从过滤箱左部流回油箱，不影响稀油站的正常运行。
过滤箱顶部左、中、右分别有三块密封盖板，保证稀油不会溢出，当过滤网需要清理、更换时或需要清理沉淀物时，可打开相应的盖板进行处理。
定期对过滤网进行清理，就能保证此过滤装置的正常、有效运行。
本实用新型能将设备运转过程中产生的金属杂质和其它污物有效地被过滤掉，从而使流入油箱稀油的洁净度大大改善，使设备的润滑效果变得更好，延长设备的使用寿命。同时油站出油管道上的过滤器也不易堵塞，进一步保证了设备的正常供油。

实施例：图1所示，本实施例包括箱体，其特征是箱体内通过隔板5、7将内腔分隔成左腔3、中腔16、、右腔3，回油管道1伸入到左腔15、右腔3内，中腔16内设有过滤网6，右腔3与中腔16之间的隔板5上设有进油口4，左腔15与中腔16之间的隔板7上设有溢流口12。
左腔15、中腔16均设有出油管8，出油管8伸入到油箱9内。
