传统的马桶和垃圾篓都是分离的，置于地面上的垃圾篓容易沾染地上的废水，使得垃圾篓既脏又湿，也容易滋生大量的细菌，拖地使，还要把垃圾篓拿起来才能拖干净垃圾篓所占的地方。

所述固定部为一凹槽，垃圾篓对应部位设有相应的凸块，该凸块可卡在凹槽中，从而固定该垃圾篓。
采用上述结构后，使得垃圾篓能够保持干燥卫生，不易滋生大量细菌，同时方便人们拖卫生间的地面。
