技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是用于对水轮发电机转子磁极进行起运的吊具，特别是在厂房内对磁极进行倒运、实验及检修运输时起吊使用。
背景技术
在对磁极进行起吊时，如磁极进场后要开箱吊出，以往是采用吊带进行起吊运输。由于磁极较大且很重，在箱内不便穿吊带，也不方便准确定位，平衡吊点时会有很大的不确定性，存在一定的吊装安全隐患。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术情况，提供一种使用安全、方便的水轮发电机转子磁极起运吊具。
    本实用新型磁极起运吊具由长条形板体，在板体的上部开设吊索孔1，在板体的下部开设有对应磁极上磁轭形状的开口槽2，在开口槽2上部板体侧面焊接设有定位板3构成。
    本实用新型起吊工作时用两个一起使用，板体下部的开口槽2与磁极上磁轭配合，插在磁极的磁轭上，稳定的与磁极配合连接，左右两吊具上端的吊索孔1穿入钢丝绳起吊时，由于两起吊钢丝绳成一定的斜度，水平方向的分力会使吊具发生倾斜现向，板体侧面上的定位板3则与磁极上磁轭的上端面产生触压，达到在起中吊时吊具自动定位，其造作简便，使用方便，安全可靠。
