本实用新型涉及一种用于传输作业的生产流水线，尤其是一种地板生产流水线。
背景技术
传统的地板生产线上没有安装引导装置，在地板传输过程中，地板会随着托辊排的传送在地板通道中运动，并有可能偏移出轨道，使得地板磨损或裂伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种地板生产流水线，与现有技术相比，它能有效解决地板生产线中地板传输过程中的损伤问题，起到对地板的保护作用。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型提供一种地板生产流水线，包括机架以及地板通道，所述地板通道中设有托辊排；所述地板通道上装有引导装置。
作为优选，所述引导装置由相对设置于地板通道两侧的两个引导梁构成，两引导梁设有相向的导向面。
作为进一步的优选，所述引导梁俯视呈“T”字形结构，并且该引导梁的导向面为一波浪面。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选，所述导向面之间的距离等于托辊排的距离，引导梁的导向面长度为3-5cm。
本实用新型所述的生产流水线可显示出很大的优越性。在地板生产传输过程中，引导装置起到引导的作用，可以防止地板随着托辊排的传送偏移出轨道而产生刮擦现象，损坏地板。

如图2所示，引导梁4俯视呈“T”字形结构，并且其导向面5为一波浪面；所述两个导向面5之间的距离等于托辊排3的宽度；引导梁4的导向面5长度为3-5cm。

1.一种地板生产流水线，包括机架（1）以及地板通道（2），所述地板通道（2）中设置有托辊排（3），其特征在于：所述地板通道（2）上装有引导装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地板生产流水线，其特征在于：所述引导装置由相对设置于地板通道（2）两侧的两个引导梁（4）构成，两个引导梁（4）设有相向的导向面（5）。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地板生产流水线，其特征在于：所述引导梁（4）呈“T”字形结构，并且该引导梁（4）的导向面（5）为一波浪面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的地板生产流水线，其特征在于：所述两个引导面（5）之间的距离等于托辊排（3）的宽度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地板生产流水线，其特征在于：所述引导梁（4）的导向面（5）长度为3-5cm。
