[0005] 一种新型黑板擦，包括擦体、擦毛，擦体为一块圆形平板，擦毛固定在擦体腹面的中心处，擦体周围设有一圈挡尘罩，挡尘罩与擦体垂直，挡尘罩的高度小于擦毛的长度，挡尘罩的底端设有一圈与擦体平行的集尘膜，擦体背面的中心处设有一个握柄。

[0011 ] 在使用本新型黑板擦的过程中，用手握住握柄5，把黑板擦的集尘膜4平贴在黑板上，然后在需要擦除的地方反复移动，在移动过程中尽量避免集尘膜4离开黑板的板面，这样擦毛2就会把相应的粉笔字擦除掉，擦除过程产生的粉尘被挡尘罩3和集尘膜4挡住并收集，擦完后把粉尘倒掉即可，从而避免了粉尘的飘散和污染。
