凸轮轴前齿轮拆装拉拔器，用于拆卸发动机凸轮轴前齿轮。包括连接螺母，固定盘与固定板经螺柱连为一体，固定盘带有卡爪，丝杆旋在固定板的中心螺孔内，丝杆的上部为多边形，固定板上装有加力杆。拆卸齿轮时，先将连接螺母连接在凸轮轴上，再将拉拔器安装在前齿轮的卡槽内，拗动加长杆，用套筒扳手转动丝杆，利用反作用力拆卸前齿轮。本实用新型拆卸前齿轮程序简化，可最大程度保护发动机配件，节约成本，有效提高了前齿轮的安装质量及效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械制造技术领域，具体说是一种拆装发动机凸轮轴前齿轮的装置。
背景技术
目前，发动机凸轮轴前齿轮拆卸都是用最原始的方式，在拆除发动机外挂件后，拆下带有前齿轮的凸轮轴，将凸轮轴总成移至旁边，用榔头敲击，或者将齿轮加热后用液压设备拆卸。但是，由于是用硬物敲击，对零件有一定的损坏；用液压设备拆卸，投入及维修局限性大，同时由于需要拆下凸轮轴才能拆卸齿轮，增加了维修工作量，造成维修成本的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种凸轮轴前齿轮拆装拉拔器，以实现不仅能轻松拆卸齿轮，而且能最大程度保护发动机配件及节约成本的目的。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型包括连接螺母，固定盘与固定板经螺柱连为一体，固定盘带有卡爪，丝杆旋在固定板的中心螺孔内，丝杆的上部为多边形，固定板上装有加力杆。
拆卸齿轮时，先将连接螺母连接在凸轮轴上，再将拉拔器安装在前齿轮的卡槽内，拗动加长杆，用套筒扳手转动丝杆，利用反作用力拆卸前齿轮。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，拆卸前齿轮程序简化，可最大程度保护发动机配件，节约成本，有效提高了前齿轮的安装质量及效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，带有卡爪的固定盘1与固定板3经螺柱2连为一体，固定板3与螺柱2用垫圈4通过螺母5锁紧，丝杆6旋在固定板3的中心螺孔内，丝杆6的上部为方形，固定板3的外缘上装有加力杆7。
拆卸齿轮时，松开凸轮轴前齿轮止推板螺栓，将连接螺母8连接在凸轮轴上，再将拉拔器安装在前齿轮的卡槽内，顺时针转动拉拔器总成，直到与前齿轮完全接合，拗动加长杆7，用套筒扳手转动丝杆6，利用反作用力拆卸前齿轮；在检查前齿轮能否使用后，将润滑油涂在凸轮轴上，安装止推板，并按技术规范拧紧，加热前齿轮，然后将前齿轮安装在凸轮轴上，将前齿轮的标记与曲轴齿轮和燃油泵齿轮标记对准，将撬棍放在凸轮轴的缺口中，使前齿轮在凸轮轴的轴肩上固定好，核实凸轮轴的齿轮间隙和轴向间隙正确。

1.一种凸轮轴前齿轮拆装拉拔器，其特征在于：包括连接螺母（8），固定盘（1）与固定板（3）经螺柱（2）连为一体，丝杆（6）旋在固定板（3）的中心螺孔内，固定板（3）上装有加力杆（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凸轮轴前齿轮拆装拉拔器，其特征在于：固定盘（1）带有卡爪。
3.根据权利要求1所述的凸轮轴前齿轮拆装拉拔器，其特征在于：丝杆（6）的上部为多边形。
