背景技术
    滤芯是过滤行业的专业名词,为了净化原生态的资源和资源的再利用,而需要的净化设备,现在滤芯主要用在油过滤、空气过滤、水过滤等过滤行业。除去液体或者空气中少量固体颗粒的,可保护设备的正常工作或者空气的洁净,当流体进入置有一定规格滤网的滤芯后,其杂质被阻挡,而清洁的流物通过滤芯流出,PP滤芯也叫做PP熔喷滤芯,熔喷过滤芯由聚丙烯超细纤维热熔缠结制成,滤芯 
纤维在空间随机形成三维微孔结构,维孔孔径沿滤液流向呈梯度分布,集表面、深层、精精过滤于一体,可截留不同粒径的杂质。先有技术中一般都使用单一的结构操作,不能充分完全的结合多种滤芯的特点。

所述塑料空腔内还可填充有其他纤维滤芯。 
本实用新型采用无纺布材料,将无纺布卷成筒状,中心位置留有空腔,所述空腔内填充有活性炭,将无纺布卷成的筒两端用热粘的方式将无纺布卷的两端头封装起来。 
本实用新型结构简单,能将两种以上净水材料的不同功能相互结合起来,达到充分过滤的目的。
