一种小儿用灌肠器，其特征是：包括三通管，所述三通管分别连接有肛门插管、第一软管和第二软管；所述第一软管尾端连接有负压吸引装置；所述第二软管尾端连接有冲液袋，冲液袋尾端连接有加压气囊；所述第一软管和第二软管上分别设置有开关阀。
所述负压吸引装置侧部设置有出液口。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该实用新型的小儿用灌肠器结构简单，使用的时候方便快捷，可一次性完成冲洗，有效的减轻了儿童的痛苦，也减轻了医务人员的负担，适于广泛推广应用。
