本实用新型具体涉及一种炊具的锅体内胆,特别涉及一种炊具锅体内胆结构。 
背景技术
随着科技的发展,电饭锅、电压力锅、压力锅、燃气饭锅等炊具的出现给现代人们生活带来了方便,让人们能轻松的烹饪美食。但现在市场上的炊具锅体内胆均为纯金属或金属外涂特富龙不粘涂层制成,具有以下缺点:1、金属内胆加温到260°会放出有害物质,对人体有害;2、长期使用后涂层会脱落,露出内部的金属内胆,而金属内胆不耐酸碱;3、散热快、缺少保温功能,需靠电加热来保温。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种炊具锅体内胆结构,目的是解决现有技术问题,提供一种不会释放对人体有害物质,涂层不易脱落且耐酸碱、散热慢、保温效果好的锅体内胆结构。 
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是: 
一种炊具锅体内胆结构,具有内胆本体,在内胆本体内壁上依次附有搪瓷底釉层、搪瓷面釉层,内胆本体外壁上附有搪瓷底釉层。 
所述内胆本体为SPCC(冷轧铁板)铁板内胆本体。 
所述搪瓷底釉层厚度为100-120μm。 
所述搪瓷面釉层厚度为100-120μm。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本发明创造的内胆结构将原来的特氟龙涂层换成搪瓷层,搪瓷本身无毒无害,硬度高,且具有良好的保温效果、耐酸碱性,在高温加热下也不会释放有毒物质。由于搪瓷层不易脱落,更好的保护金属内胆不被腐蚀,增加了内胆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。 
如图1中所示的一种炊具锅体内胆结构,具有内胆本体1,在内胆本体1内壁上依次附有搪瓷底釉层2、搪瓷面釉层3,内胆本体1外壁上附有搪瓷底釉层2。所述内胆本体1为SPCC铁板制内胆本体,也采用铁等其他适合的金属材料制备。所述搪瓷底釉层厚度为100-120μm。所述搪瓷面釉层厚度为100-120μm。 
锅体内胆的整个加工过程如下所示: 
1、将SPCC铁板冲压成型锅体内胆本体;2、锅体内胆本体表面进行除污烘干;3、锅体内胆本体内外表面进行底釉涂搪、烘干及烧制成型;4、锅体内胆 本体内外表面进行面釉涂搪、烘干及烧制成型;5、锅体内胆表面进行贴花烘干烧制成型。 
本发明创造的内胆结构将原来的特氟龙涂层换成搪瓷层,搪瓷本身无毒无害,硬度高,且具有良好的保温效果、耐酸碱性,在高温加热下也不会释放有毒物质。由于搪瓷层不易脱落,更好的保护金属内胆不被腐蚀,比铝胆高两到三倍的耐用度,大幅度提高使用寿命。同时搪瓷层可以做成各种颜色或在搪瓷层表面绘制有各种图案,增强了内胆的美观性,使内胆有特色。

1.一种炊具锅体内胆结构,具有内胆本体,其特征在于:在内胆本体内壁上依次附有搪瓷底釉层、搪瓷面釉层,内胆本体外壁上附有搪瓷底釉层。
2.如权利要求1中所述的一种炊具锅体内胆结构,其特征在于:所述内胆本体为SPCC铁板内胆本体。
3.如权利要求1中所述的一种炊具锅体内胆结构,其特征在于:所述搪瓷底釉层厚度为100-120μm。
4.如权利要求1中所述的一种炊具锅体内胆结构,其特征在于:所述搪瓷面釉层厚度为100-120μm。
