[0002] 目前所使用的步进式钢瓶热处理炉的结构包括炉体,炉体中设置有固定梁和活动梁,炉体的底部设置有用于驱动活动梁运动的炉底机械,所述的炉底机械包括设置在炉体底部的斜铁和油缸,斜铁的斜面上方设置有滚轴,滚轴上设置有滚轮,滚轴与油缸的伸缩杆相连接,滚轴上设置有连接板,连接板连接水封槽,水封槽上设置有导柱,导柱的上端连接活动梁。
[0003] 工作时,钢瓶搁置在固定梁上,油缸的伸缩杆伸出,使得滚轮在斜铁的斜面上向上滑动,从而使得连接板及水封槽向上并向前移动,进而带动导柱及活动梁向上并向前运动, 从而将钢瓶逐步往前移动。目前所使用的步进式钢瓶热处理炉的缺点是:由于连接板直接与水封槽的侧壁相连接,在连接板移动时,水封槽受力容易变形,从而影响活动梁的运动精度,严重时会导致整个炉底机械瘫痪。

[0005] 为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:步进式钢瓶热处理炉,包括炉体,炉体中设置有固定梁和活动梁,炉体的底部设置有用于驱动活动梁运动的炉底机械,所述的炉底机械包括设置在炉体底部的斜铁和油缸,斜铁的斜面上方设置有滚轴,滚轴上设置有滚轮,滚轴与油缸的伸缩杆相连接,滚轴上设置有连接板,所述连接板连接支撑梁,支撑梁设置在水封槽的底部,支撑梁与导柱的下端相连接,导柱的上端连接活动梁。
