本实用新型的优点效果在于：由于本实用新型中上鞋垫片和下鞋垫片的周边固定连接，上鞋垫片和下鞋垫片的一侧开有置吸汗纸口，上鞋垫片和下鞋垫片内装有吸汗纸，吸汗纸与下鞋垫片相对应，所以使用本实用新型吸汗效果好，能够避免鞋内有汗、脚发冷等导致的冻伤，成本低，使用效果好。
