Abstract
一种能防止物料落入的斗轮取料机，其主要由斗轮、斗轮连接的弧形板、斗轮传动轴、取料斗、滚筒一、滚筒二、运输带、及滚筒机架组成，其特征在于：在弧形板上连接弧形防料板；在滚筒二上方与滚筒机架连接的挡料板。本实用新型能降低设备维修成本，提高皮带使用寿命，减轻操作人员的劳动强度，并且结构简单、实用、检修耗时少、费用小，并便于检修和维护。

本实用新型涉及取料机，具体属于料斗取料机。
背景技术
斗轮取料机是冶金、电力、港口等部门的大中型储料场、散料堆取作业中广泛使用的大型关键设备。RC1取料机主要挖取熔剂矿和混匀矿。RC1取料机由于斗轮取料过程中，因斗轮体和圆弧板被矿物挤压造成间隙，产生撒料现象，矿石滚落到返层皮带常把皮带划破，严重影响生产及皮带的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种能够避免矿石由斗轮进入返层皮带内，及避免皮带被矿石划破，从而达到延长皮带使用寿命的能防止物料落入的斗轮取料机。
实现上述目的的技术措施：
一种能防止物料落入的斗轮取料机，主要由斗轮、斗轮连接的弧形板、斗轮传动轴、取料斗、滚筒一、滚筒二、运输带、及滚筒机架组成，其在于：在弧形板上连接弧形防料板；在滚筒二上方与滚筒机架连接的挡料板。
其特征在于：在滚筒二的下方设有接料板。
本实用新型的特点在于能降低设备维修成本，提高皮带使用寿命，减轻操作人员的劳动强度，并且结构简单、实用、检修耗时少、费用小，并便于检修和维护。

下面结合附图做进一步描述：
一种能防止物料落入的斗轮取料机，主要由斗轮1、斗轮体1连接的弧形板2、斗轮传动轴3、取料斗4、滚筒一5、滚筒二6、运输带7、及滚筒机架8组成。为避免矿石由斗轮进入返层皮带内，及避免皮带被矿石划破，故在弧形板2上采用焊接或螺栓连接弧形防料板9；在滚筒二6的上方与滚筒机架8采用焊接或螺栓连接挡料板10；并在滚筒二6的下方设有接料板11。

1.一种能防止物料落入的斗轮取料机，主要由斗轮、斗轮连接的弧形板、斗轮传动轴、取料斗、滚筒一、滚筒二、运输带、及滚筒机架组成，其特征在于：在弧形板上连接弧形防料板；在滚筒二上方与滚筒机架连接的挡料板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种能防止物料落入的斗轮取料机，其特征在于：在滚筒二的下方设有接料板。
