本实用新型涉及医疗器械,直接涉及产科引产用水囊。 
背景技术
在产科,有许多中期引产及足月妊娠孕妇宫颈条件不成熟,引产成功率极低,前列腺素类药物引产易引起强直宫缩、胎儿窘迫或产道裂伤。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种引产用水囊,它能有效地解决宫颈条件不成熟孕妇引产难且引产率低的问题。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,具有带引流孔的硅胶引流管,引流管的一侧设有注水孔,通过注水孔能向其前端水囊内注水。 
本实用新型由于设置了水囊,在注水过程中缓慢将水囊向下牵引,使其位于胎儿先露与宫颈内口之间,起到扩张宫颈,发动宫缩的作用,且硅胶的前端为钝圆形,易于放置于宫腔内。

具体实施方式   附图示出了本实用新型的结构。具有带引流孔3的硅胶引流管4,其特征是:引流管4的一侧设有注水孔1,通过注水孔1能向其前端水囊2内注水。使用时将水囊2自宫颈放置于宫腔内胎膜与宫壁之间,水囊2必须全部置入,通过注水孔1将无菌注射用水注入水囊2,注水超过10ml即可缓慢向外牵引,边牵引边注水,最后使水囊2位于胎儿先露与宫颈内口之间,起到扩张宫颈,发动宫缩引产的目的。如有宫内出血或胎膜早破,液体可通过引流孔3进入引流管4内,自阴道流出,及时发现,取出水囊2。本实用新型水囊能容纳80ml液体,引产相对缓和,对宫颈条件不成熟孕妇,引产成功率较高。
