玻璃隔断用以区分室内空间立面，从地面延伸到天花的称为高隔，不到天花的，称为低隔。玻璃隔断的特点：采光性好，隔音、防火性能佳，环保且容易安装，可重复利用，免维护。 单玻隔断即单层玻璃隔断，其基本结构是由单层玻璃和铝金属型材构成的隔断墙体，空间性好，成本较低。双玻隔断即双层玻璃隔断，其基本结构是由双层玻璃和铝金属型材构成的隔断墙体，牢固耐久，整体感更强，且双层玻璃中间加入各式百叶，可实现更多效果。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种隔断铝型材，结构设计合理，与玻璃连接安装方便快捷，且密封性、隔音、隔热效果良好。
