本实用新型公开了一种悬架前托架，为钣金冲压件，整体近似“V”形，左右两侧设置有翻边（1），该悬架前托架的中部焊接有悬架加强板（2），所述悬架加强板（2）位于悬架前托架的内侧并与所在位置处的悬架前托架贴合在一起，所述悬架加强板（2）上方设置有凸焊螺母（3）。通过在悬架前托架的中部焊接悬架加强板，以增加凸焊螺母位置处的厚度，从而增加悬架前托架的强度，保证悬架前托架与汽车底盘的装配强度，确保使用中悬架前托架不会变形。

本实用新型涉及汽车构件，具体地讲，涉及一种汽车悬架前托架结构。
背景技术
悬架前托架为钣金冲压件，整体近似“V”形，左右两侧设置有翻边，悬架前托架的中部设置有凸焊螺母，用于连接汽车底盘。悬架前托架较薄，凸焊螺母焊接在悬架前托架上，悬架前托架在凸焊螺母位置处的强度不够，无法满足与汽车底盘的装配强度要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是在不改变悬架前托架的前提下，增加悬架前托架在凸焊螺母位置处的强度，以保证与汽车底盘的装配强度要求。
为解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供的一种悬架前托架，为钣金冲压件，其左右两侧设置有翻边（1），其特征在于：该悬架前托架的中部焊接有悬架加强板（2），所述悬架加强板（2）位于悬架前托架的内侧并与所在位置处的悬架前托架贴合在一起，所述悬架加强板（2）上方设置有凸焊螺母（3）。
有益效果：通过在悬架前托架的中部焊接悬架加强板，以增加凸焊螺母位置处的厚度，从而增加悬架前托架的强度，保证悬架前托架与汽车底盘的装配强度，确保使用中悬架前托架不会变形。

如图1、图2所示的悬架前托架，为钣金冲压件，整体近似“V”形，悬架前托架的左右两侧设置有翻边1。
结合图1、图3可知，该悬架前托架的中部焊接有悬架加强板2，两者点焊连接。悬架加强板2位于悬架前托架的内侧，即位于两翻边1之间，悬架加强板2与所在位置处的悬架前托架贴合在一起，悬架加强板2也为钣金冲压件，悬架加强板2上方设置有凸焊螺母3。
凸焊螺母3焊接在悬架加强板2上，而改进前，凸焊螺母3直接焊接在悬架前托架上。

1.一种悬架前托架，为钣金冲压件，整体近似“V”形，左右两侧设置有翻边（1），其特征在于：该悬架前托架的中部焊接有悬架加强板（2），所述悬架加强板（2）位于悬架前托架的内侧并与所在位置处的悬架前托架贴合在一起，所述悬架加强板（2）上方设置有凸焊螺母（3）。
