本实用新型涉及烟雾除油装置，包括烟雾除尘装置本体，所述烟雾除尘装置本体一端设有油雾进口，所述烟雾除尘装置本体另一端设有油雾出口，其特征在于：所述烟雾除尘装置本体内设有清洗装置和滤芯，所述清洗装置与烟雾除尘装置本体底部的排污装置相连，所述滤芯包括滤芯a和滤芯b，所述清洗装置内设有滤芯a，所述清洗装置靠近油雾出口处的一端设有多个滤芯b。本实用新型的优点是：具有极高的油雾去除效率，去除的最小颗粒可达到0.01μm，适用于重污染却要求净化效率高的场合使用，本装置收尘效率达99%（处理的颗粒范围0.01um-3um），系统由PLC全程自动控制，自动运行，操作方便，经久耐用，性能卓越，已大量装备于各大冷轧厂。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种除油装置，尤其涉及一种烟雾除油装置。
背景技术
由于很多工业生产线在生产时产生大量油雾或油气，污染了整个车间，有些单位采用风机往室外排放，把大量油雾或油气排放到室外，污染了整个环境，造成空气污染，对此，为解决上述问题，特提供一种新的技术方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种烟雾除油装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
烟雾除油装置，包括烟雾除尘装置本体，所述烟雾除尘装置本体一端设有油雾进口，所述烟雾除尘装置本体另一端设有油雾出口，所述烟雾除尘装置本体内设有清洗装置和滤芯，所述清洗装置与烟雾除尘装置本体底部的排污装置相连，所述滤芯包括滤芯a和滤芯b，所述清洗装置内设有滤芯a，所述清洗装置靠近油雾出口处的一端设有多个滤芯b。
所述滤芯b倾斜分布于烟雾除尘装置本体内，每个滤芯b首尾相连。
所述滤芯b的倾斜角度为10-60°。
所述烟雾除尘装置本体通过PLC控制。
所述排污装置包括集油盘和排污槽，所述集油盘顶端与清洗装置相连，所述集油盘底端与排污槽相连。
本实用新型的优点是：具有极高的油雾去除效率，去除的最小颗粒可达到0.01μm，适用于重污染却要求净化效率高的场合使用，本装置收尘效率达99%（处理的颗粒范围0.01um-3um）, 系统由PLC全程自动控制，自动运行，操作方便，经久耐用，性能卓越，已大量装备于各大冷轧厂。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的烟雾除油装置，包括烟雾除尘装置本体1，烟雾除尘装置本体1一端设有油雾进口2，烟雾除尘装置本体1另一端设有油雾出口3，烟雾除尘装置本体1内设有清洗装置4和滤芯，清洗装置4与烟雾除尘装置本体1底部的排污装置相连，排污装置包括集油盘7和排污槽8，集油盘7顶端与清洗装置4相连，集油盘7底端与排污槽8相连，所述滤芯包括滤芯a5和滤芯b6，清洗装置4内设有滤芯a5，清洗装置4靠近油雾出口3处的一端设有多个滤芯b6，滤芯b6倾斜分布于烟雾除尘装置本体1内，每个滤芯b6首尾相连，滤芯b6的倾斜角度为10-60°，烟雾除尘装置本体1通过PLC控制，具有极高的油雾去除效率，去除的最小颗粒可达到0.01μm，适用于重污染却要求净化效率高的场合使用，本装置收尘效率达99%（处理的颗粒范围0.01um-3um）, 系统由PLC全程自动控制，自动运行，操作方便，经久耐用，性能卓越，已大量装备于各大冷轧厂。

1.烟雾除油装置，包括烟雾除尘装置本体，所述烟雾除尘装置本体一端设有油雾进口，所述烟雾除尘装置本体另一端设有油雾出口，其特征在于：所述烟雾除尘装置本体内设有清洗装置和滤芯，所述清洗装置与烟雾除尘装置本体底部的排污装置相连，所述滤芯包括滤芯a和滤芯b，所述清洗装置内设有滤芯a，所述清洗装置靠近油雾出口处的一端设有多个滤芯b。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟雾除油装置，其特征在于：所述滤芯b倾斜分布于烟雾除尘装置本体内，每个滤芯b首尾相连。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟雾除油装置，其特征在于：所述滤芯b的倾斜角度为10-60°。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟雾除油装置，其特征在于：所述烟雾除尘装置本体通过PLC控制。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的烟雾除油装置，其特征在于：所述排污装置包括集油盘和排污槽，所述集油盘顶端与清洗装置相连，所述集油盘底端与排污槽相连。
