Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型光伏组件清洗车,其包括有车身和水箱,在水箱一侧前部设有上、下两只粗喷水管,在两只粗喷水管末端分别设有上、下两个喷水口;在水箱中部、与粗喷水管同侧还设有一个长形毛刷,长形毛刷利用伸缩钢管与水箱连接;在水箱喷水管一侧后部设有一个细喷水管,在喷水管末端设有小型喷水口,在水箱后部设有一分三出水口,分别接三根塑料水管与三根喷水管连接。优点在于:在水箱一侧的粗喷水管,可充分清洗光伏组件表面的灰尘、油渍;再利用长形毛刷沿喷水管冲洗方向匀速擦拭,使得光伏组件表面灰尘等擦拭更彻底;最后利用水箱后部的细水管再次对擦拭过的光伏组件表面进行冲刷,既将光伏组件表面清洗干净,又节省用水量。

本实用新型涉及一种光伏发电设备清洗装置,尤其涉及一种光伏组件清洗车。
背景技术:
当今,世界范围内气候环境变化恶劣,能源危机愈演愈烈,而火力发电受环境和资源承载力的硬约束,风力发电遭遇输电与风机质量瓶颈,核电的安全受到民众质疑而放缓发展速度,因此,太阳能光伏发电将成为未来非常有前景的发电手段之一。光伏发电系统中最核心的发电设备是太阳能光伏组件,其光电转换效率的高低,直接影响着光伏发电系统的发电效率。由于光伏电站大多建设在沙漠、荒地等自然环境恶劣的地方,经常会遇到强风沙、暴雨雪等恶劣天气。因此,在工程实践中发现,光伏组件表面经常会沉积大量的沙尘、污渍等,轻者会影响光伏组件发电效率,重者则会导致光伏组件产生热斑效应,严重降低光伏组件的光电转换效率,从而影响整个光伏发电系统的发电效率。对于大型或者超大型光伏电站而言,该问题显得尤为明显。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种清洗人员少、清洗效果好的光伏组件表面清洗车。
本实用新型由如下技术方案实施:一种新型光伏组件清洗车,其包括有车身和水箱,在所述水箱一侧前部设有上、下两只粗喷水管,在两只所述粗喷水管末端分别设有上、下两个喷水口;在所述水箱中部、与所述粗喷水管同侧还设有一个长形毛刷,所述长形毛刷利用伸缩钢管与水箱连接;在所述水箱喷水管一侧后部设有一个细喷水管,在所述喷水管末端设有小型喷水口,在所述水箱后部设有一分三出水口,分别接三根塑料水管与三根喷水管连接。
所述长形毛刷的毛可自动旋转。
本实用新型的优点:在水箱一侧设有两个粗喷水管,可以充分清洗光伏组件表面的灰尘、油渍,再利用长形毛刷沿喷水管冲洗方向匀速擦拭,由于该毛刷的毛可自动旋转,使得光伏组件表面灰尘等擦拭更彻底。最后利用水箱后部的细水管再次对擦拭过的光伏组件表面进行冲刷,既将光伏组件表面清洗干净,又节省用水量。

具体实施方式:
如图1和图2所示,一种光伏组件清洗车,包括有车身1和水箱2,在的水箱2一侧前部设有上、下两根粗喷水管5,在两只上、下喷水管5末端分别设有上喷水口3和下喷水口4,用于冲洗光伏组件阵列12的表面污渍;在水箱2中部、与粗喷水管5同侧还设有一个长形毛刷8,长形毛刷8利用伸缩管9与水箱2连接,长形毛刷8的毛可自动旋转,用于彻底擦拭冲洗过的光伏组件阵列12;在水箱2的一侧后部设有细喷水管7,在细喷水管7末端设有小喷水口6,主要用于对光伏组件阵列12进行二次冲洗,以便达到彻底干净的目的;在水箱2的后部设有一分三出水口11,分别接三根塑料水管10与粗喷水管5和细喷水管7连接,通过塑料水管10将水送至粗喷水管5和细喷水管7。

1.一种新型光伏组件清洗车,其特征在于,其包括有车身和水箱,在所述水箱一侧前部设有上、下两只粗喷水管,在两只所述粗喷水管末端分别设有上、下两个喷水口;在所述水箱中部、与所述粗喷水管同侧还设有一个长形毛刷,所述长形毛刷利用伸缩钢管与水箱连接;在所述水箱喷水管一侧后部设有一个细喷水管,在所述喷水管末端设有小型喷水口,在所述水箱后部设有一分三出水口,分别接三根塑料水管与三根喷水管连接。
