[0005] 本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本种除油器在结构上分为八级除油构造,含油污水从一级进口以水平流方式流经除油器的每一级,每一级均填充聚结材料,其中第一、二级填充砾石,三、四级填充陶粒,五、六级填充石英砂,七、八级填充磁铁矿。填充的聚结材料具有更小孔隙率和更大比表面积的特点。污水在流经聚结材料过程中会形成一个类过滤过程,利用物理聚结作用来强化破乳效果,增加颗粒之间的碰撞机会,最终实现聚结功能。同时,由于聚结材料孔隙率小,对污水中的油和悬浮物具有较强的截留作用,通过聚结和截留作用实现油和悬浮固体的去除。另外,在本种除油器中,在每一级设置曝气系统,对进入每一级内的污水进行气浮作用。利用曝气形成的微小气泡将截留油和悬浮固体带至罐体上方,由排油管线排走,这样就可以在进行气浮的同时利用气泡的携带作用将截留油排出,达到了对聚结材料进行清洗再生的目的,避免聚结材料堵塞导致处理效率降低的问题。

[0012] 本种除油器具体实施时,如图1所示,污水由进水管1进入除油器,污水依次流经一级砾石聚结除油罐5、二级砾石聚结除油罐6、一级陶粒聚截除油罐7、二级陶粒聚截除油罐8、一级磁铁矿聚截除油罐9、二级磁铁矿聚截除油罐10、一级石英砂聚截除油罐11和二级石英砂聚截除油罐12,每一级污水沿水平方向流动过程中,水中的油和悬浮固体依次被各级除油罐中的聚结材料截留,最终形成过滤完毕的系统出水经由出水管2排出。同时由空压机产生气体经由进气管3再由布气管4依次均勻分配给各级,由于气体产生浮力作用, 导致各级填料产生向上运动,截留油和杂质在浮力作用下亦向上运动,经由上方排油阀门 13收集后进入排油汇管14,排入收油罐。
[0013] 在利用本种除油器工作时,由于在处理过程中填料处于截留和脱附同时存在的状态,即截留污物的同时还利用气体的作用实现了脱附的过程,从而该设备无需进行反冲洗, 不易发生堵塞,能够保证系统出水中的油和悬浮固体的含量达到滤后水的指标要求。

1. 一种聚截除油器,包括进水管(1)和出水管(2),其特征在于:所述聚截除油器由串联连接的一级砾石聚截除油罐(5)、二级砾石聚截除油罐(6)、一级陶粒聚截除油罐(7)、二级陶粒聚截除油罐(8)、一级磁铁矿聚截除油罐(9)、二级磁铁矿聚截除油罐(10)、一级石英砂聚截除油罐(11)和二级石英砂聚截除油罐(12)构成,进水管(1)连接至一级砾石聚截除油罐(5)的入口,出水管(2)由二级石英砂聚截除油罐(12)的出口引出;其中,上述每级聚截除油罐之间通过带有液流出口的隔板分隔,每级聚截除油罐内填充有对应的聚结材料,所述每级聚截除油罐的底部分布有带曝气口的布气管(4),所述每级聚截除油罐的上部开有对应的油污出口阀(13);所述聚截除油器还包括一根位于除油器上部的排油汇管(14) 和一根位于除油器下部的进气管(3),所述若干油污出口阀(13)和布气管(4)分别对应连通于排油汇管(14)和进气管(3)上。
