本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括铰链、联结座、座圈和转轴。联结座通过铰链连接在马桶的桶口上，座圈的后端通过转轴与联结座垂直连接，座圈和联结座既能绕铰链左右翻转，而座圈又能绕转轴前后旋转。使用时，先将座圈和联结座绕铰链向上翻起，再将座圈绕转轴旋转180度，最后放下座圈和联结座即可完成座圈的换面。
