本实用新型涉及一种车厢栅格式LED灯具，适用于汽车、轨道交通列车车厢内，属于LED照明领域。
背景技术
现阶段应用于车厢内的LED照明灯具，都是从替代传统灯具的光源部分为出发点，通常制作成荧光灯管的外型或细长的矩形外型，总体来讲，都没有脱离传统灯具的外观特点，使人们可以明显看出灯具的位置、外在形状和特征。
同时，车厢内除了安装照明灯具外，还会有通风系统或空调系统，两者互不干扰，各有各的位置和结构，在设计灯具和通风空调系统时，需要考虑空间利用问题。
本实用新型提供一种车厢栅格式LED灯具，其优点在于节省空间、散热效果更好、更节能、寿命长、低电压、更美观，灯具不占有车厢的空间，维护简单方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种适用于汽车、轨道交通列车车厢内的栅格式LED灯具，安装在通风空调的出风口处，其优点在于节省空间、散热效果更好、更节能、寿命长、低电压、更美观，且灯具不占有车厢的空间，维护简单方便。
本实用新型的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的：它包括：LED模组、LED驱动器、导光板、固定部件和连接部件。
所述导光板作为车厢内通风空调出风口的栅格片，并采用高导光性材料制作而成，导光板、LED模组和固定部件组成发光组件，所述LED模组镶嵌在导光板的侧端面，所述固定部件将LED模组和导光板固定在一起，所述连接部件将各个发光组件连接成整体灯具，且灯具形状为栅格状，实现照明和整流两种功能。

具体实施方式
下面以一个实施方式进一步详细的说明本实用新型，但应当说明，本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅限于此。
参照图1、图2和图3，本实用新型的一种技术解决方案，它包括导光板1、LED模组2、固定部件3、LED驱动器4和连接部件5。
本实施方式中，导光板1、LED模组2和固定部件3组成发光组件，其中，LED模组2镶嵌在导光板1的侧端面，固定部件3将两者固定在一起，连接部件5将各个发光组件连接成整体灯具，且灯具形状为栅格状。
本实施方式中，导光板1作为车厢通风空调出风口的栅格片，由高导光性材料制成，且形状为长方体。
本实施方式中，固定部件3为U型，LED模组2安装在U型的底部内侧。
本实施方式中，导光板1的材料可以是透光性能好的有机玻璃板、透明塑料板或塑料光纤；固定部件3和连接部件5均由高热导性材料制成，且连接部件5与所述发光组件接触的相对面设置多列栅格状散热片，有效散发LED模组2产生的热量。
可以理解的，导光板1、LED模组2和固定部件3组成的发光组件的截面形状可以是长方形、正方形等多边形，也可以是扇形、波浪形等不规则图形。
Claims (4)
1.一种车厢栅格式LED灯具，包括导光板(1)、LED模组(2)、固定部件(3)、LED驱动器(4)和连接部件(5)，其特征是：导光板(1)、LED模组(2)和固定部件(3)组成发光组件，其中，LED模组(2)镶嵌在导光板(1)的侧端面，固定部件(3)将两者固定在一起，连接部件(5)将各个发光组件连接成整体灯具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车厢栅格式LED灯具，其特征是：导光板(1)作为车厢通风空调出风口的栅格片，由高导光性材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车厢栅格式LED灯具，其特征是：连接部件(5)是由高热导性材料制成，且与发光组件接触的相对面设置多列栅格状散热片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车厢栅格式LED灯具，其特征是：固定部件(3)为U型，由高热导性材料制成，LED模组(2)安装在U型的底部内侧。
