一种太阳能真空超导集束管热水器,属于电暖器装置技术领域。一般太阳能真空超导管只起到了一个吸热不散热的效果,冬季洗浴不用电加温也不能达到洗浴要求。该实用新型的技术方案为:太阳能聚光器(11)与密封玻璃(7)相对应,装有超导液(6)的真空超导集束管(4)通过真空超导管焊接保护套(5)插装在真空保温筒体(2)内,真空超导集束管(4)和真空保温筒体(2)形成的间隙为水筒体(3),回水口(9)和出水口(10)分别与水筒体(3)固定连接相通。它的优点是:它采用聚光反射技术温度高,采用单片机跟踪太阳聚焦点不动,该产品用于家庭可安装到凉台外挂,经过2-4小时太阳照射可提供100度洗浴热水,此热水还可以饮用。

本实用新型涉及电暖器装置技术领域,更具体的讲是一种太阳能真空超导集束管热水器。
背景技术
一般太阳能真空超导管只起到了一个吸热不散热的效果,温度低不能达到供暖使用,冬季洗浴不用电加温也不能达到洗浴要求,冬季易冻坏管道楼顶漏水,且也不宜楼顶安装,总之不是很完善。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的是设计一种太阳能真空超导集束管热水器。它的技术方案为:真空保温筒体固定在机架上,带密封玻璃的阻风保温室与真空保温筒体固定连接,太阳能聚光器与密封玻璃相对应,装有超导液的真空超导集束管通过真空超导管焊接保护套插装在真空保温筒体内,真空超导集束管和真空保温筒体形成的间隙为水筒体,回水口和出水口分别与水筒体固定连接相通。该实用新型的优点是:该太阳能真空超导集束管热水器结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖,该热水器采用聚光反射技术温度高,采用单片机跟踪太阳聚焦点不动,聚焦点一直照射在真空保温超导集束换热器上,该换热器冬季没有太阳时不怕冻,有太阳时见热就汽化换热,可与我公司自行开发的生产的真空超导集束管电锅炉配套使用可实现节电,该产品用于家庭可安装到凉台外挂,经过2-4小时太阳照射可提供100度洗浴热水,此热水还可以饮用。

具体实施方式
真空保温筒体2固定在机架1上,带密封玻璃7的阻风保温室8与真空保温筒体2固定连接,太阳能聚光器11与密封玻璃7相对应,装有超导液6的真空超导集束管4通过真空超导管焊接保护套5插装在真空保温筒体2内,真空超导集束管4和真空保温筒体2形成的间隙为水筒体3,回水口9和出水口10分别与水筒体3固定连接相通。太阳能聚光器11可在电脑控制下跟踪太阳聚光照射到密封玻璃7上,由密封玻璃7接收的太阳光热量进入阻风保温室8加热真空超导集束管4内的超导液6,在超导液6汽化后通过真空超导集束管4加热水筒体3内的水,经过回水口9、水筒体3和出水口10内的热水循环供生产和生活用。
