背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中,U6kV高电压系统的气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备为圆筒形,采用铝板经氩弧焊接制成,体积庞大,直径约1000毫米左右,内部采用六氟化硫断路器进行电气主回路的开合,灭弧介质为六氟化硫气体,气体压力一般在0. 5^06MPa,这种大直径铝筒加工制造困难,轴向接缝处需进行人工氩弧焊接,气密性较难保证,容易因焊接质量问题造成六氟化硫气体的泄漏和排放,引起设备内部绝缘甚至开断能力的降低,进而影响设备运行的安全性;此外,采用六氟化硫断路器进行电气主回路的开合时,六氟化硫在电弧热效应的作用下会分解产生有毒有害的气体,在水分子参与下还会生成剧毒粉尘,造成环境污染,各隔室之间采用700毫米左右较大直径的盆式绝缘子进行绝缘过渡,机械强度较弱,耐受压力能力也较弱,由于三相导体镶嵌在一个绝缘体中,此盆式绝缘子将承受相间绝缘应力,加速了绝缘介质的老化,还由于体积庞大,现有设备需要在用户现场进行最终的装配和检验,而用户现场的环境较差,现场无法达到设备气体密封连接所需要的环境(一般要求洁净度为 1000000级),安装后充入六氟化硫气体,对气体密封性能的检测也只能进行定性的检测,即只能检测是否漏气,而不能检测气体的漏气率,检测结果很大程度上要受检测设备灵敏度的限制。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型所要解决的问题是,克服现有技术存在的不足和缺陷,通过电场分析和结构优化,提供在制造厂完成装配和检验,采用真空断路器的U6kV柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备。
[0004] 本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案包括柜体外壳、真空断路器隔室、真空断路器驱动机构、真空断路器驱动机构转换装置、电流互感器隔室、电缆连接隔室、母线汇流隔室以及2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室,在电缆连接隔室和2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室的隔室内安装三工位隔离开关,在电缆连接隔室和2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室的隔室外顶部安装三工位隔离开关驱动机构,所述真空断路器隔室、电流互感器隔室、电缆连接隔室、母线汇流隔室以及2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室共6个隔室均为独立的且标准的充气单元,在各隔室内充入0. 1〜0. 2MPa的六氟化硫气体,各隔室间采用碟式母线绝缘套管组件实现绝缘过渡连接,在所述真空断路器隔室内安装有真空灭弧室极柱,在所述6个隔室内均安装有实现主回路连通的双片拼接母线。
[0005] 所述真空灭弧室极柱包括上屏蔽环、下屏蔽电极、上绝缘筒、下绝缘筒以及上出线端和下出线端,在上屏蔽环与上绝缘筒相互连接的部位、上绝缘筒与上出线端相互连接的部位、上出线端与下绝缘筒相互连接的部位以及下绝缘筒与下屏蔽电极相互连接的部位各设有环氧树脂灌注点,通过环氧树脂灌注点注入预混好的环氧树脂和固化剂的混合料,在常温下固化后将下屏蔽电极、下绝缘筒、上出线端、上绝缘筒和上屏蔽环牢固连接在一起制成极柱外罩,形成真空灭弧室极柱的绝缘结构,在极柱外罩内装配真空灭弧室。

具体实施方式
[0047] 下面结合附图提供本实用新型的具体实施方式。
[0048] 如图1所示,本实用新型采用模块化设计,包括柜体外壳2、真空断路器隔室3、真空断路器驱动机构转换装置5、电流互感器隔室8、安装在电流互感器隔室8内的电流互感器9、电缆连接隔室11、母线汇流隔室16以及2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室15,在电缆连接隔室11和2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室15的隔室内安装三工位隔离开关12,在电缆连接隔室11和2个母线及三工位开关隔室15的隔室外顶部安装三工位隔离开关驱动机构 10,实现三工位隔离开关的分闸与合闸,在电缆连接隔室11内安装电缆内锥套管13,实现与外部的电缆连接,所述真空断路器隔室3、电流互感器隔室8、电缆连接隔室11、母线汇流隔室16以及2个母线及三工位开关隔室15共6个隔室均为独立的且标准的充气单元,在各隔室内充入0. 1〜0. 2MPa的六氟化硫气体,所述6个隔室均采用4mm厚无磁不锈钢板经激光切割和激光焊接制成方箱形结构,各隔室间采用本申请人在申请号为201020M8405. 4专利中公开的碟式母线绝缘套管组件,实现绝缘过渡连接,单个碟式母线绝缘套管组件14 的外径小于300毫米,3个碟式母线绝缘套管组件14按品字形布置,通过碟式套管安装法兰 1安装在各个隔室的封板上,代替了原有的盆式绝缘子,完全消除了环氧树脂内的相间绝缘应力,避免了相间故障的可能性,提高了供电的安全性和可靠性,此外,每个隔室均为独立的气密隔室,在每个气密隔室设有2个单向气阀,可单独对各个气密隔室在工厂内进行氦气检漏,提高了对设备漏气率的控制,由于氦气的分子直径是六氟化硫气体分子直径的1/3 左右,且氦气的动力学粘度低于六氟化硫气体的动力学粘度,采用氦气检漏大大提高了对气箱气密性的控制,而且实现了定量检测,氦检漏气率控制在5X10_5mbarXl/s,(毫巴X升 /秒)用户现场无需进行气体操作和气体泄漏检测,减少了用户的工作难度的同时,提高了产品的质量控制,减少了六氟化硫气体的排放,进而提高了设备运行的安全性和环保效益。
[0049] 在真空断路器隔室3内安装有真空灭弧室极柱6,如图2所示,所述真空灭弧室极柱6包括上屏蔽环64、下屏蔽电极62、上绝缘筒65、下绝缘筒66以及上出线端63和下出线端61,在上屏蔽环64与上绝缘筒65相互连接的部位、上绝缘筒65与上出线端63相互连接的部位、上出线端63与下绝缘筒66相互连接的部位以及下绝缘筒66与下屏蔽电极62 相互连接的部位各设有环氧树脂灌注点68,通过环氧树脂灌注点68注入预混好的环氧树脂和固化剂的混合料,经加热固化后将下屏蔽电极62、下出线端61、下绝缘筒66、上出线端 63、上绝缘筒65和上屏蔽环64牢固连接在一起制成极柱外罩,形成真空灭弧室极柱的绝缘结构,在极柱外罩内装配真空灭弧室67,所述真空灭弧室极柱6上端固定在断路器隔室3的上盖板,即断路器转换装置的安装板上、下端通过导电套与碟式套管电气连接,本实用新型以单断口的高压真空断路器作为主回路的开断元件,六氟化硫气体不参与电路的开断,通过电场分析和电极外形的优化,实现了采用低压力(0. 1〜0. 2MPa)的六氟化硫气体作为相间和相对地的绝缘介质,在断路器隔室3的前面上部安装真空断路器驱动机构4,在断路器隔室3的顶部上盖板,即断路器转换装置的安装板上安装与真空断路器驱动机构4连接的真空断路器驱动机构转换装置5。
[0050] 在所述6个隔室内均安装有双片拼接母线7,并通过这些双片拼接母线7实现主回路的连通,如图3所示,所述双片拼接母线7包括左拼接母线71和与左拼接母线71对称的右拼接母线72,所述左拼接母线71和右拼接母线72两端部用连接螺钉73连接,外表面为光滑圆弧形。
Claims (5)
1. 一种U6kV柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备,包括柜体外壳(2)、真空断路器隔室 (3)、真空断路器驱动机构(4)、真空断路器驱动机构转换装置(5)、电流互感器隔室(8)、电缆连接隔室(11)、母线汇流隔室(16)以及2个母线及三工位开关隔室(15),在电缆连接隔室(11)和2个母线及三工位隔离开关隔室(15)的隔室内安装三工位隔离开关(12),在电缆连接隔室(11)和2个母线及三工位开关隔室(15)的隔室外顶部安装三工位隔离开关驱动机构(10),其特征在于,所述真空断路器隔室(3)、电流互感器隔室(8)、电缆连接隔室 (11 )、母线汇流隔室(16)以及2个母线及三工位开关隔室(15)共6个隔室均为独立的且标准的充气单元,在各隔室内充入0. 1〜0. 2MPa的六氟化硫气体,各隔室间采用碟式母线绝缘套管组件(14)实现绝缘过渡连接,在所述真空断路器隔室(3)内安装有真空灭弧室极柱 (6),在所述6个隔室内均安装有实现主回路连通的双片拼接母线(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种U6kV柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备,其特征在于,所述真空灭弧室极柱(6 )包括上屏蔽环(64 )、下屏蔽电极(62 )、上绝缘筒(65 )、下绝缘筒(66 ) 以及上出线端(63)和下出线端(61),在上屏蔽环(64)与上绝缘筒(65)相互连接的部位、上绝缘筒(65)与上出线端(63)相互连接的部位、上出线端(63)与下绝缘筒(66)相互连接的部位以及下绝缘筒(66)与下屏蔽电极(62)相互连接的部位各设有环氧树脂灌注点(68), 通过环氧树脂灌注点(68)注入预混好的环氧树脂和固化剂的混合料,在常温下固化后将下屏蔽电极(62)、下绝缘筒(66)、上出线端(63)、上绝缘筒(65)和上屏蔽环(64)牢固连接在一起制成极柱外罩,形成真空灭弧室极柱的绝缘结构,在极柱外罩内装配真空灭弧室(67)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种U6kV柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备,其特征在于,所述双片拼接母线(7)包括左拼接母线(71)和与左拼接母线(71)对称的右拼接母线(72),所述左拼接母线(71)和右拼接母线(72)两端部用连接螺钉(73)连接,外表面为光滑圆弧形。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种126kV柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备,其特征在于,所述碟式母线绝缘套管组件(14)的外径小于300毫米,3个碟式母线绝缘套管组件(14)按品字形布置,通过碟式套管安装法兰(1)安装在各个隔室的封板上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种126kV柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备,其特征在于,所述 6个隔室均采用4mm厚无磁不锈钢板经激光切割和激光焊接制成方箱形结构。
