技术领域
本实用新型涉及救生舱或救生装置,特别是矿用可移动式救生舱。 
背景技术
目前矿用可移动式救生舱舱体均采用硬体式,舱体的隔热保温层的材料采用2~3层硅酸铝针刺纤维毯层,厚度40mm~50mm,并使用高温粘合剂粘合压装的结构方式,在1100℃~1430℃高温下具有优良的隔热、防火、吸音性。因救生舱舱体部件为大型箱体类结构,且救生舱是在矿井发生煤与瓦斯突出、火灾、瓦斯煤尘爆炸、水害等灾变时,为矿井采掘作业等人员提供避难脱险或等待救援的安全生存空间。因此,要求救生舱具有优良的隔热性能、保持舱内环境凉爽适宜且温度低于33℃的保温性能。火烧舱仓体时,因热量传导到舱体内壁发生烧损或因此引起制冷失效等现象,致使其丧失了保证人员临时安全脱险救生的功用。所以要求救生舱有较好的隔热保温防火性能,并使其在55℃环境温度下具有不低于96小时的持续耐高温能力。目前救生舱舱体的隔热保温层存在以下不足:(1)隔热保温材料拼接处存在间隙,至使局部的隔热效果差,进而影响整体持续隔热保温能力;(2)保温层各处因铺盖保温材料厚度不均匀,致使保温材料压装后密度不均影响局部隔热保温效果。因此有待于进一步提高救生舱舱体的隔热保温能力。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,对现有救生舱隔热层和构件进行改进,提供一种改进型的救生舱隔热保温结构。 
一种救生舱隔热保温结构,其特征是,在舱体内壁上涂刷有一层耐高温粘合 剂,耐高温粘合剂上粘合上高温隔热层,在高温隔热层上均匀铺设上硅酸铝针刺纤维毯,硅酸铝针刺纤维毯上设有固定保护层。 
所述的固定保护层的优选安装结构是:在舱体内壁上焊有螺柱,在螺柱上安装有支撑条,通过支撑条将不锈钢板层或高强度环保板压紧在硅酸铝针刺纤维毯上。 
所述的高温隔热材料层是聚氨酯发泡填充剂或泡沫型硅酸盐等有机物材料,或耐压强度高、低导热率的硅酸铝纤维板等有机物材料。 
本实用新型的优点是:改进了舱体隔热保温层材料及其结构,在救生舱舱体内壁上设置复合型隔热保温材料层及其复合结构,并在复合结构中采用支撑条固定隔高救生舱舱体部件的钢质热传导材料。同时,铺以不锈钢板或其它高强度环保板扣压固定并扣罩住其复合隔热保温材料层,形成闭式隔热保温层,在1100℃~1430℃高温以上具有隔热防火性,可承受150℃以上的持续高温。并使舱体内壁表面平整光洁,显著提高其耐高温性能及持续耐高温能力(约为现有技术的2~3倍及以上),有效地阻隔了火灾与救生舱舱内的热传导,保证并增强了舱内人员脱险救生的安全可靠性。

如图1所示,本实用新型的救生舱隔热保温结构是在舱体1内壁上涂刷有一层耐高温粘合剂2,耐高温粘合剂2上粘合上高温隔热层3,在高温隔热层3上 均匀铺设上硅酸铝针刺纤维毯4,硅酸铝针刺纤维毯4上设有固定保护层7。 
所述的固定保护层7的优选安装结构是:在舱体1内壁上焊有螺柱5,在螺柱5上安装有支撑条6,通过支撑条6将不锈钢板保护层或高强度环保板保护层压紧在硅酸铝针刺纤维毯4上。

1.一种救生舱隔热保温结构,其特征在于,它是在舱体内壁上涂刷有一层耐高温粘合剂,耐高温粘合剂上粘合上高温隔热层,在高温隔热层上均匀铺设上硅酸铝针刺纤维毯,硅酸铝针刺纤维毯上设有固定保护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热保温结构,其特征在于,所述的固定保护层的安装结构是:在舱体内壁上焊有螺柱,在螺柱上安装有支撑条,通过支撑条将不锈钢板层或高强度环保板压紧在硅酸铝针刺纤维毯上。
