背景技术
目前,工矿企业将大块物料破碎成小块所采用的设备主要有旋转式破碎机械和鳄板式破碎机械两种。但是这两种设备存在着投料粒度小、成品粒度不均匀,而且耗电量大,生产效率低的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种石灰石的破碎装置,投料粒度增小,成品粒度均匀,而且耗电量减小,生产效率低。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
石灰石的破碎装置,由机架、固定在机架上的进料斗以及机架内的工作腔机壳组成,工作腔机壳内安装有两个反向传动相联的辊筒,辊筒外传动联接有电动机,所述的进料斗是由环形板与环形板下方的导料斗构成。
所述的环形板上开有缺口。
本实用新型将大块物料从进料斗投入,粒度大的物料经过反向转动的辊筒挤碎,粒度小的物料从两个辊筒之间落下,因此投料粒度增小,成品粒度均匀,而且耗电量减小,生产效率低。
