Abstract
一种台车与炉体下部的密封装置，包括钢板(1)，槽钢(2)，连接板(3)，密封槽(4)，电动推杆(5)，拉板(6)，轴(7)，滑轮(8)，弹簧钢(9)，其特征在于：电动推杆(5)与连接板(3)相连，连接板(3)通过轴(7)与拉板(6)连接，拉板(6)通过滑轮(8)与弹簧钢(9)相连，弹簧钢(9)与钢板(1)相连，钢板(1)与槽钢(2)和密封槽(4)相连。现用此技术后，通过调节此装置能较好的调节炉门的压紧与提升状态，可使炉门和炉体压紧，保证了炉子在生产过程中始终处于密闭状态，杜绝了高温炉气的外逸，改善了工作环境，确保了炉温均匀性并增强节能效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及炉门密封装置尤其是台车与炉体下部的密封装置。
背景技术
炉门与台车不能很好的密闭，引起了炉温散失严重，从而导致处理的工艺达不到预期的效果。现用此技术后，通过调节此装置能较好的调节炉门的压紧与提升状态，可使炉门和炉体压紧，保证了炉子在生产过程中始终处于密闭状态，杜绝了高温炉气的外逸，改善了工作环境，确保了炉温均匀性并增强节能效果。
发明内容
本台车与炉体下部的密封装置所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足，而提供一种结构简单的台车与炉体下部的密封装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种炉体下部的密封装置，包括是钢板，槽钢，连接板，密封槽，电动推杆，拉板，轴，滑轮，弹簧钢，其特征在于：电动推杆与连接板相连，连接板通过轴与拉板连接，拉板通过滑轮与弹簧钢相连，弹簧钢与钢板相连，钢板与槽钢和密封槽相连。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有的优点：
现用此技术后，新的密封良好，取得了阻止热外溢的效果，台车与炉体下部能紧密的结合。此装置的开启与关闭也比先前加快，减少了启闭的热损失，达到了更好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括钢板1，槽钢2，连接板3，密封槽4，电动推杆5，拉板6，轴7，滑轮8，弹簧钢9，其特征在于：电动推杆5与连接板3相连，连接板3通过轴7与拉板6连接，拉板6通过滑轮8与弹簧钢9相连，弹簧钢9与钢板1相连，钢板1与槽钢2和密封槽4相连。
具体实施例
如图1所示，电动推杆5向上升时带动连接板3使轴7转动，此时拉板6和滑轮8向下，滑轮8作用在弹簧钢9上，使得钢板1向上，这样密封槽4就向上顶起。台车与炉体侧面就很好的结合密封。电动推杆5向下降时带动连接板3使轴7转动，此时6拉板和滑轮8松开向上抬起，弹簧钢9此时无作用力，使得钢板1向下，这样密封槽4就松开。

1.一种台车与炉体下部的密封装置，包括钢板(1)，槽钢(2)，连接板(3)，密封槽(4)，电动推杆(5)，拉板(6)，轴(7)，滑轮(8)，弹簧钢(9)，其特征在于：电动推杆(5)与连接板(3)相连，连接板(3)通过轴(7)与拉板(6)连接，拉板(6)通过滑轮(8)与弹簧钢(9)相连，弹簧钢(9)与钢板(1)相连，钢板(1)与槽钢(2)和密封槽(4)相连。
