本发明属于离心泵技术领域,更具体地说,属于一种离心泵磁密封装置。 
背景技术
现有技术中,离心泵经常存在泄漏问题,这对泵的正常工作影响非常大,如何解决离心泵的泄漏问题,是制约离心泵工作性能的重要因素。 
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题,提供了离心泵的一种带电磁驱动密封机构。 
本发明一种离心泵磁密封装置,其特征在于,所述磁密封装置包括电磁铁,衔铁、后密封基体,后永磁体,前密封基体,前永磁体,副叶轮;其中: 
泵盖固定在泵体上,磁极圈固定在泵盖上,电磁铁基体固定在磁极圈上;副叶轮安装在泵盖与电磁铁基体之间;
电磁铁安装在电磁铁基体内,电磁铁基体固定在磁极圈上;衔铁通过定位螺钉安装在固定导磁体上;
前密封基体和后密封基体位于转动导磁体与副叶轮之间,后密封基体内有后永磁体,前密封基体内有前永磁体。
当泵正常运转时,介质从泵体的进口进入,由于叶轮作用,介质从出口排出,副叶轮将一些固体颗粒冲刷到出口。当泵在正常运转时,电磁铁通电,衔铁被吸回,后密封基体和前密封基体被拉开,泄露到泵后腔的介质被副叶轮排到出口,一些固体颗粒也被排出。当泵停止运转时,电磁铁断电,衔铁被弹簧复位,后密封基体和前密封基体由于装在其内的后永磁体、前永磁体的吸引作用而闭合,起到停机时的密封作用,介质不会因为停机,副叶轮不工作而泄露。这对输送易燃、易爆、强腐蚀、剧毒介质非常重要。该电磁驱动密封装置机构能够在停泵的时候有效地密封离心泵叶轮后的泄漏。

图1是本发明离心泵磁密封装置的结构示意图。本发明离心泵包括泵体1,叶轮2,电磁铁基体3,螺钉4,磁极圈5,线圈6,衔铁7,固定导磁体8,转动导磁体9,轴套10,密封圈11,轴承箱12,轴承13,轴14,后密封基体15,后永磁体16,前密封基体17,前永磁体18,副叶轮19,销钉20,泵盖21。 
所述磁密封装置包括电磁铁6,衔铁7、后密封基体15,后永磁体16,前密封基体17,前永磁体18,副叶轮19;其中: 
泵盖21固定在泵体1上,磁极圈5固定在泵盖21上,电磁铁基体3固定在磁极圈5上;副叶轮19安装在泵盖21与电磁铁基体3之间;
电磁铁6安装在电磁铁基体3内,电磁铁基体3固定在磁极圈5上;衔铁7通过定位螺钉安装在固定导磁体8上;
前密封基体17和后密封基体15位于转动导磁体9与副叶轮19之间,后密封基体15内有后永磁体16,前密封基体17内有前永磁体18。
叶轮2、副叶轮19、轴套10均安装在轴14上,副叶轮19套装在叶轮2内,叶轮2安装在泵体1内。线圈6、固定导磁体8安装在磁极圈5内,磁极圈5通过螺钉安装在电磁铁基体3,电磁铁基体3通过螺钉安装在泵盖21上,泵盖21和轴承箱12通过螺钉安装在泵体1上。轴14的一端通过轴承13安装在轴承箱12上,为了保证轴承13的润滑,轴承箱12上轴承13的外侧有一密封圈11。

泵盖(21)固定在泵体(1)上,磁极圈(5)固定在泵盖(21)上,电磁铁基体(3)固定在磁极圈(5)上;副叶轮(19)安装在泵盖(21)与电磁铁基体(3)之间;
电磁铁(6)安装在电磁铁基体(3)内,电磁铁基体(3)固定在磁极圈(5)上;衔铁(7)通过定位螺钉安装在固定导磁体(8)上;
前密封基体(17)和后密封基体(15)位于转动导磁体(9)与副叶轮(19)之间,后密封基体 (15)内有后永磁体(16),前密封基体(17)内有前永磁体(18)。
