为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的：本实用新型的多功能切片固定装置，包括环形手柄，手柄上侧供握持，手柄下侧底面中部开有横向的通槽，且通槽两侧分别设有一排均匀分布的针体，针体一端固定在手柄上。
作为优选，相邻的两针体间隔为2-5mm。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：将针体插入食物中，以固定食物，手握住手柄，将刀体放置在针体的间隔内就可以将食物切均匀，如果切较硬的食物，可将通槽卡接在刀背上，方便另一只手用力，使用方便，安全。

参见图1，本实用新型的多功能切片固定装置，包括环形手柄1，手柄1上侧供握持，手柄1下侧底面中部开有横向的通槽2，且通槽2两侧分别设有一排均匀分布的针体3，针体3一端固定在手柄1上，相邻的两针体3间隔为2-5mm。
将针体3插入食物中，以固定食物，手握住手柄1，将刀体放置在针体3的间隔内就可以将食物切均匀，如果切较硬的食物，可将通槽2卡接在刀背上，方便另一只手用力，使用方便，安全。

1.一种多功能切片固定装置，其特征在于：包括环形手柄，手柄上侧供握持，手柄下侧底面中部开有横向的通槽，且通槽两侧分别设有一排均匀分布的针体，针体一端固定在手柄上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能切片固定装置，其特征在于：相邻的两针体间隔为2-5mm。
