背景技术
如今的电解槽是采用将全塑整体成型内胆置于钢架内来防电解液蚀腐,这种结构的电解槽存在如下不足之处:一是由于温度变化大,塑料会热胀冷缩,造成内胆鼓泡,导致电解槽报废;二是全塑整体成型内胆焊接在钢架内,不易拆装,当全塑整体成型内胆损坏时维修麻烦,可能会导致整个电解槽报废,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种防腐蚀效果好并且便于维修的电解槽。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种电解槽,包含钢架和金属外壳;所述钢架的外面设有一个金属外壳;所述钢架上左右对称设有凹槽;所述钢架内安装有铅内胆;所述铅内胆上设有与凹槽相配合的凸棱;所述凸棱插入凹槽内,方便铅内胆安装在钢架内。
优选的,所述钢架的左右侧面上对称设有一个凹槽;所述钢架的上下侧面上对称设有两个凹槽。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
