Abstract
本实用新型为一种医用马甲式身体约束带。它包括一上衣马甲，所述上衣马甲的左前片、右前片上各设有约束布带。本实用新型的优点是：能有效限制卧床病人较大幅度的上半身动作，取坐位时能有效保持端坐位，防止跌倒。使用方法简便易操作，能减少护理人员的工作负担。其设计中在接触病人皮肤的约束带均为双层棉布所制，能有效防止病人躁动时约束带所致皮肤破损以及臂丛神经损伤，考虑周到。使用时不影响对呼吸运动的观察。

本实用新型涉及一种医用约束带，特别是公开一种医用马甲式身体约束带。
背景技术
医用约束带是临床上为了防止病人因为意识不清、躁动不安等原因,发生坠床、摔伤等意外,以保证病人的安全。目前常用的约束带有腕部约束带,踝部约束带和胸腹部约束带。其中,对胸肩部的约束工具较少。传统的床单对折法虽能约束病人的胸肩部,但使用起来非常不便。而且,目前尚无相关的约束工具,能保持病人有效坐位。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，临床需求广，可有效约束病人身体，防止临床上意识不清、烦躁不安等病人坠床、摔伤，以保证病人的安全的医用马甲式身体约束带。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种医用马甲式身体约束带，其特征在于：包括一上衣马甲，所述上衣马甲的左前片、右前片上各设有约束布带。
所述左前片或右前片上设有用于约束布带穿过的长孔。
所述约束布带为棉布带或弹性布带。

具体实施方式
根据图1、图2，本实用新型包括一上衣马甲1，所述上衣马甲1的左前片2、右前片3上各设有约束布带，在左前片2上的约束布带为左约束布带4，在右前片3上的约束布带为右约束布带6。所述左前片2上设有用于右约束布带6穿过的长孔5。所述约束布带为棉布带或弹性布带。
实施例一：根据图3，本例的右前片3上设有用于左约束布带4穿过的长孔5。其余结构如上述。
使用时，将上衣马甲1穿在病人身上，根据图1将右前片3的右约束布带6穿入左前片2的长孔5中；或根据图3将左前片2的左约束布带4穿入右前片3的长孔5中；然后将左约束布带4、右约束布带6分别绕在固定物上后，将左约束布带4和右约束布带6相互系牢，使患者的上半身固定在固定物上，所述固定物为病床、轮椅或治疗台。

1.一种医用马甲式身体约束带，其特征在于：包括一上衣马甲，所述上衣马甲的左前片、右前片上各设有约束布带。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的医用马甲式身体约束带，其特征在于：所述左前片或右前片上设有用于约束布带穿过的长孔。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的医用马甲式身体约束带，其特征在于：所述约束布带为棉布带或弹性布带。
