技术背景
EVA太阳能封装膜设备是用来制造能用在太阳能电池板上封装电池用的EVA膜,用此设备制造的EVA膜它的透光率比较高,有合理的交联度,有较强的粘接性能,有卓越的耐紫外线的功能,极低的收缩率,这种EVA膜能提高太阳能电池板用光能转化为电能的效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上不足,提供一种提高了EVA制品的性能的EVA太阳能封膜设备。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种EVA太阳能封装膜设备,它包括主机、换网器、模具、成型机、过片机、冷却托架、测厚仪、牵引机、张力控制装置、收卷机,各部件依次相互连接。 
本实用新型的优点和效果:本实用新型是一种EVA太阳能封装膜设备这是一种挤出设备,通过主机的加热塑化挤出,在通过辅机的定型冷却收卷制作出可用于太阳能电池板上用的EVA膜。用此设备制造的EVA膜它的透光率比较高,有合理的交联度,有较强的粘接性能,有卓越的耐紫外线的功能和极低的收缩率。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,一种EVA太阳能封装膜设备,它主要由主机1、换网器2、模具3、成型机4、过片机5、冷却托架6、测厚仪7、牵引机8、张力控制装置9、收卷机10组成,各部件依次相互连接。它是通过主机1的加热塑化在通过换网器2对制品的过滤然后经过模具3的挤出,这样就初步形成了EVA膜,后在需通过辅机的定型,成型机4将熔融的EVA膜压制成可利用的膜的厚度,在经过过片机5对制品的退火处理,然后通过冷却托架6给制品自然冷却,冷却托架上配有测厚仪7它可以精确的测量EVA膜的厚薄,可迅速的反馈至模具3自动调节膜的厚度,在通过牵引机8将EVA膜牵引至张力控制装置9中使EVA膜在生产中保持一致的张紧力,最后经过收卷机10的收卷将EVA膜收成卷,这样就完成了EVA膜的制造。
