本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述背景技术中提到的问题，提供一种烹炸可以防止被油进溅到且方便使用的新型铲子。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：新型铲子，其特征是：把手与铲杆相连，铲杆的底端有螺纹，铲头的上端也有螺纹，铲杆和铲头通过螺纹旋转连接在一起，铲杆穿过喇叭形挡板的中部，铲杆与挡板固定连接在一起，挡板口小一端底部设有一豁口。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在使用铲子时，喇叭形的挡板可以有效的防止油进溅伤到手部和胳膊，当需要使用漏勺、叉子等其他用具时，可将铲头拧下，将其他厨具换上，在使用筷子、夹子等厨具时，将喇叭形挡板从铲杆上拿下来，将叉子、筷子等插入挡板和挡板底部的豁口中即可使用，非常的简单方便实用。
