本实用新型涉及减速机的密封装置技术领域，具体的讲是一种风力发电机减速机的密封装置。
背景技术
风力发电机减速机的工作环境需要连续运转，对于密封的要求也很高。目前减速机的密封装置大部分直接采用单纯的橡胶圈密封，随着机器的运转，橡胶圈由于磨损会造成间隙过大，这样就会发生润滑油渗漏事故，发生渗漏就要停机、停产，而且减速机的体积很大，更换密封装置比较困能，且停产影响作业进度，进而影响产率。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种密封性好、使用周期长、且容易更换的风力发电机减速机的密封装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术解决方案是：风力发电机减速机的密封装置，包括压盖，V形压环，V形补偿槽，螺钉，橡胶圈，密封法兰，密封法兰与轴之间置有橡胶圈且被压盖通过螺钉压紧，橡胶圈的一端面开有V形槽，压盖与橡胶圈的V形槽之间设置有对等的V形压环。
本发明的有益效果：本密封装置设计合理，结构简单。橡胶圈被压盖通过压环压紧后，产生弹性形变，当橡胶圈被磨损后，在本身的弹力作用下仍能与轴紧密接触，起到密封效果。

图1所示的风力发电机减速机的密封装置，包括压盖1，V形压环2，V形补偿槽3，螺钉4，密封法兰5，橡胶圈6，密封法兰5与轴7之间置有橡胶圈6且被压盖1通过螺钉4压紧，橡胶圈6的一端面开有V形补偿槽3，压盖1与橡胶圈6的V形补偿槽3之间设置有对等的V形压环2。
