背景技术
目前,在建筑市场中的比较成熟的建筑墙体保温隔热材料多是普通混凝土空心砌块或者是空心砖,它们都只是利用空气的不导热原理来保温隔热,中心空腔没有封闭,上下相通,隔热效果差。另外,工业或民用建筑使用的砌块防火性能差,而且由于施工操作麻烦可能导致外墙保温工程空鼓、开裂、渗水、脱落、着火等一系列质量安全问题,并且施工效率非常低。
本实用新型提供了一种保温隔热效果更好,防火、防水、隔音性能更高,自重轻,施工操作简单的高性能混凝土复合保温砌块,实现了建筑节能与结构一体化、达到了保温与结构同寿命的目的,是一种新型的墙体自保温技术。

一种高性能自保温混凝土砌块,包括主体,所述主体是由水泥混凝土体壁和水泥混凝土体肋构成的空心水泥混凝土壳体;所述主体内部填充有发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)复合保温板。
所述的高性能自保温混凝土砌块的厚度为240mm,热阻可达2.7m2k/m。
所述的EPS复合保温板板的厚度50mm,热阻可按用户要求提高。
本实用新型的有益效果为:与传统砌块相比,保温隔热效果更好,防火、防水、隔音性能更高,抗压强度大,减小建筑物自重,提高了建筑质量。

如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种高性能自保温混凝土砌块,包括主体1,所述主体1是由水泥混凝土体壁2和水泥混凝土体肋3构成的空心水泥混凝土壳体;所述主体1内部填充有EPS复合保温板4。
本实用新型实施例所述的高性能自保温混凝土砌块的EPS复合保温板4厚50mm,EPS复合保温板是以水泥为胶结材料,以聚苯颗粒和粉煤灰为集料,按规格型号在工厂用专用设备加水和外加剂完成搅拌、成型和养护制成的一种有三维钢丝骨架和轻质保温内芯的水泥聚苯平板,作为衬板或平面广泛适用于现浇混凝土外墙和屋面部分,以提高保温、隔声、隔热、抗渗等工程性能。EPS复合保温板为轻质保温材料,抗压强度大,从而减轻建筑物自重,提高了建筑质量。
本实用新型实施例所述的高性能自保温混凝土砌块的厚度为240mm,热阻可达2.7m2k/m,可广泛应用于砌筑有隔热要求的框架建筑物的非承重墙填充墙和其他有隔热要求的墙体,是更新换代后的传统的砌块材料,各项材性指标可以稳定控制,耐久性已经过长期使用验证。本高性能自保温混凝土砌块采用专用粘结砂浆薄缝砌筑,可有效减小砌缝处热桥部分热量损失,实现了建筑节能与结构一体化,达到了保温与结构同寿命的目的。
