本实用新型公开了一种生物质燃料成型机，它有机架(2)，机架下的小功率电机(1)连皮带轮(3)，皮带轮经轴连成型机的螺旋送料器(5)，上述送料器上有漏斗(6)；上述送料器另一端连成型模具(7)，在模具的出口处设断料器(8)。本装置结构简单，采用220V电压，用小功率电机直接带动送料装置，不用减速器，设备造价低，农牧民用得起，有利于生物质燃料的推广使用。用本装置能耗低，为4kw·h/t，生产效率高，生产率为2t/h，降低加工成本。

技术领域本实用新型涉及一种燃料成型机，具体说是一种生物质燃料成型机。
背景技术现在许多农村、牧区用生物质燃料，将牛粪、秸秆等物质混合经机械加工成型后使用，但现有的生物质燃料成型机一般都用380V电源，配备动力线，电机的功率较大，一般为11kw，需减速机；结构复杂，造价高，能耗高，不适合小规模生产。
发明内容本实用新型的目的在于提供一种生物质燃料成型机，它结构简单，操作方便，采用低功率电机配套，造价低，生产效率高，节电环保。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
本装置有机架，机架下的小功率电机连皮带轮，皮带轮经轴连成型机的螺旋送料器，上述送料器上有漏斗；上述送料器另一端连成型模具，在模具的出口处设断料器。
本实用新型的优点在于：1、本装置结构简单，采用220V电压，用小功率电机直接带动送料装置，不用减速器，设备造价低，农牧民用得起，有利于生物质燃料的推广使用。2、本装置是湿法成型，原料如牛粪含水30-70％都可以加工，不用预先把原料烘干，减少工作量。3、用本装置工艺简单，操作方便，能耗低，为4kw.h/t，生产效率高，生产率为2t/h，降低加工成本。

由图1可以看到，本装置有机架2，机架下的小功率电机1连皮带轮3，皮带轮经轴连成型机的螺旋送料器5，4是轴承，上述送料器上有进料斗6；上述送料器另一端连成型模具7，模具与螺旋送料器之间有连接法兰，在模具的出口处设断料器8。
