本实用新型涉及一种立轴式破碎机，可广泛应用于煤炭、冶金、建材、矿山、筑路、电力、化工、水泥、耐火材料等部门中碎或细碎如煤、煤矸石、石灰石、页岩、长石、水泥熟料、褐铁矿石等及化工原料。
背景技术
目前使用的立轴式破碎机种类很多，有反击式和锤式，主要存在下述问题：（1）锤式破碎粒度大（2）锤头易于磨损利用率低，消耗量大，增加了使用成本；（3）物料堵塞后检修不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适于各种物料硬度，出料粒度均匀，锤头使用寿命长，降低用户使用成本且检修方便的立轴式破碎机。
本实用新型的立轴式破碎机，它有筒体，筒体上装有门，门内壁的上中下三层为螺旋反击板，螺旋反击板的沟槽从上到下依次逐渐增大至45度。在门的下部装有滚压圈镶块。筒体两端固定有带进料口的筒体盖和带有出料斗的底座。立轴上下分别设有上轴承座和下轴承座，立轴顶部和底部分别装有第一皮带轮和第二皮带轮。设在立轴的上层为甩料板；中间层为板锤（由三层组成），锤头为正方形安装板锤座上，锤头可转四方使用；下层为离心转子架，它上面设有离心回转滚压轮和离心回转刮刀。底座四周设有观察窗。
本实用新型的有益效果为：锤式破碎粒度小，锤头磨损小，利用率高，减小消耗量并节约使用成本；物料堵塞后检修十分方便；并且，底座设有观察窗，当有物料堵塞时可方便的进行清理。

具体实施方式
如附图所示本实用新型立轴式破碎机，由电动机将动力传递给第一皮带轮3和第二皮带轮11，第一皮带轮3和第二皮带轮11带动立轴7旋转，物料从进料斗1经过筒体盖2进入筒体12内，先经过甩料板4破碎后，流向下方，再被锤头5冲击后抛向螺旋反击板14上，并重复上述破碎过程，物料在破碎腔内相互撞击而得到再一次破碎。物料落入滚压圈镶块15处时会再经过离心转子架8上的离心滚压轮9和离心轮形刮刀10的细碎、挤压、研磨,再次重复上述破碎过程。最后物料经过底座16到出料斗17排出。板锤座6的可以径向调节，锤头5为正方形用螺栓固定在板锤座6上，当锤头5最外面最容易磨损的一条边使用磨损后可以转位安装到里面，提高了板锤5的利用率。在筒体12上安装有三块可以开启的门13，这样可以方便的检修和更换锤头5，门13上的螺旋反击板14的沟槽从上到下依次逐渐增大至45度。底座16设有观察窗，当有物料堵塞时可方便的进行清理。

1.一种立轴式破碎机，其特征在于：它的筒体（12）上的门（13）的内壁的上中下三层为螺旋反击板（14），螺旋反击板（14）的沟槽从上到下依次逐渐增大至45度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立轴式破碎机，其特征在于：在门（13）的下部装有滚压圈镶块（15）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种立轴式破碎机，其特征在于：筒体（12）两端固定有带进料口（1）的筒体盖（2）和带有出料斗（17）的底座（16）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种立轴式破碎机，其特征在于：立轴顶部和底部分别装有第一皮带轮（3）和第二皮带轮（11）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种立轴式破碎机，其特征在于：设在立轴的上层为甩料板（4）；中间层为板锤，由三层组成，锤头（5）为正方形安装板锤座（6） 上，锤头（5）可转四方使用；下层为离心转子架（8），它上面设有离心回转滚压轮（9）和离心回转刮刀（10）。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种立轴式破碎机，其特征在于：底座（16）四周设有观察窗。
