背景技术
[0002] 多路大功率氙灯的电源装置应用于固体激光器中,由于作为电源负载的脉冲氙灯灯管长,直径粗,输出光功率大,需要多路氙灯并联工作,因此,大功率氙灯电源主要的技术特征为:一般采用最简单的单级LC脉冲电流形成网络,脉冲电容器的充电电压高,一般充电电压为10〜30kV,输出脉冲电流幅值高,波形要求精准稳定,电源中电容器的储能很大, 一般达到0. 1〜2MJ。
[0003] 氙灯电源所包含的高电压、大电流部件有脉冲电容器、开关、电感、电阻、充电电源以及电缆。这些部件的使用数量对于氙灯电源的结构、体积和造价影响很大,特别是减少开关的使用数量可以使电源结构紧凑,经济型更好。
[0004] 目前氙灯电源有2种主流的模式,其一是每一路氙灯采用独立的LC脉冲电流形成网络,多路并联共用一台高电压、大电流开关,其特点是每路氙灯的电流幅值、波形对于氙灯阻抗特性不敏感,各路氙灯之间电流一致性好;每路氙灯的电容器在充电时都需要一只高压硅堆,高压器件数量多,但是可以保证放电阶段相互间电流隔离,任意高压器件发生短路故障时,故障电流幅值小,相比较而言电源体积较大,造价较高。另一种氙灯电源将全部脉冲电容器并联,经过一台高电压、大电流开关后,每一路氙灯均采用串联一只起到均流和调波作用的电感,将电流分配给每一路氙灯,其特点为:全部电容器并联充电,用电感均流放电,所使用的高电压器件数量最少,结构紧凑体积小,经济性好,缺点是高压器件发生短路故障时,故障电流幅值高、能量大;依靠电感均流,各路氙灯电流的幅值和波形,对于脉冲氙灯阻抗特性比较敏感。后一种电源在各路氙灯特性一致性较好的前提下,可以大大降低电源的成本,方便实现结构的紧凑化和小型化。但是这种电源在发生短路故障时,不可避免地所有电容器均会向故障点同时放电,导致严重故障。

[0005] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、承载大电流能力高的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置。
[0006] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,包括屏蔽机箱、收容在该屏蔽机箱内的电气元件,该电源装置还包括从所述屏蔽机箱内引出的高压同轴电缆,该高压同轴电缆的芯线与氙灯的正极连接,该高压同轴电缆的外导体将氙灯的负极与所述屏蔽机箱连接。
[0007] 优选的,所述收容在屏蔽机箱内的电气元件包括电容器、阻尼元件、高压母排、气体开关、磁开关、分流导体圆盘、调波电感、电流传感器、及扁钢,其中电容器的高压极依次通过阻尼元件、高压母排、气体开关、磁开关、分流导体圆盘、调波电感、电流传感器、高压同轴电缆的芯线与氙灯的正极连接;电容器的接地极依次通过扁钢、屏蔽机箱、高压同轴电缆的外导体与氙灯的负极连接。

[0016] 本实用新型所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其中每台电容器的高压极连接到各自阻尼元件的一端,每一台阻尼元件从其另一端连接汇流到高压母排;高压母排的顶端连接有气体开关和磁开关,经过磁开关后,连接有一个分流导体圆盘,分流导体圆盘与多台调波电感的一端相连,经过每一台调波电感后,每一台调波电感的另一端均连接到各自的高压同轴电缆首端的芯线,芯线的绝缘层需要保留,并与同轴电缆的外导体保持一定长度的沿面绝缘距离;每一条高压同轴电缆首端的芯线绝缘层上套一只电流传感器;经过高压同轴电缆到达其末端的芯线,与各自氙灯的正极相连,再从各自氙灯的负极流到各自的高压同轴电缆末端的外导体,并经过各自的高压同轴电缆的外导体流回高压同轴电缆的首端,每一根高压同轴电缆首端的外导体均连接到机箱的外壳,最后机箱外壳连接到每一台电容器的接地极,形成完整的电流回路。
[0017] 本实用新型将屏蔽机箱作为电源的大电流回流导体,回流电流可以经过屏蔽机箱外壳回到电容器的接地极,这样就省略了屏蔽机箱内部的回流母排,全部电容器的接地极直接与屏蔽机箱连接,屏蔽机箱内部仅仅布置高压母线,结构紧凑,大大节省了空间。本实用新型机箱内部省略了连接每一条高压同轴电缆外导体的回流母排,在机箱内部只有一块高压母排,该高压母排为一块完整的导体板,高压母排的下部采用绝缘块与机箱的底部固定,它的顶部直接连接气体开关,并作为气体开关的支撑,高压母排两侧通过电容器和阻尼元件辅助固定。另外,通过加厚屏蔽机箱钢板不但可以有效地将故障的影响限制于故障电源内部,而且屏蔽机箱加厚使得电磁屏蔽性能提高,承载大电流的能力大大提高了。

[0021] 每台电容器1的高压极连接到各自阻尼元件2的一端,每一台阻尼元件2从其另一端连接汇流到高压母排3 ;高压母排3的下部采用绝缘块4与机箱11的底部固定;高压母排3的顶端连接有气体开关5和磁开关6,经过磁开关6后,连接有一个分流导体圆盘7, 分流导体圆盘7与多台调波电感8的一端相连,经过每一台调波电感8后,每一台调波电感 8的另一端均连接到各自的高压同轴电缆10首端的芯线,芯线的绝缘层需要保留,并与同轴电缆的外导体保持一定长度的沿面绝缘距离;每一条高压同轴电缆10首端的芯线绝缘层上套一只电流传感器9 ;经过高压同轴电缆10到达其末端的芯线,与各自氙灯的正极20 相连,再从各自氙灯的负极30流到各自的高压同轴电缆10末端的外导体,并经过各自的高压同轴电缆10的外导体流回高压同轴电缆10的首端,每一根高压同轴电缆10首端的外导体均连接到机箱11的外壳,最后机箱11外壳连接到每一台电容器1的接地极,形成完整的电流回路。
[0022] 请参照图2,所述高压母排3为竖立在所述屏蔽机箱11内中间位置的导电板。该导电板可采用钢板或铝板,宽度大于300mm,高度为1200〜1800mm。
[0023] 若干个电容器1和阻尼元件2设置在导电板(即高压母排11)的两侧,其中每一个电容器1的高压极连接到各自对应的阻尼元件2的一端,各阻尼元件2的另一端与导电板连接。电容器1依靠环氧支撑板13支撑,阻尼元件2依靠高压母排上的支撑角铁14和环氧支撑板13支撑。
[0024] 该电源装置还包括支撑所述高压母排3的绝缘块4,该绝缘块4固定在屏蔽机箱 11的底部。该绝缘块4必须具备一定的绝缘水平,能够承受直流40kV以上的电压,而不会发生沿面闪络或击穿。
[0025] 该电源装置还包括支撑所述分流导体圆盘7的支撑绝缘块15,该支撑绝缘块15均勻分布于分流导体圆盘7底部边缘以与屏蔽机箱11固定。所述高压母排3、气体开关5、磁开关6、分流导体圆盘7之间均为刚性连接,该支撑绝缘块15将所述连接为一体的高压母排 3、气体开关5、磁开关6、分流导体圆盘7与屏蔽机箱11固定,工作时支撑绝缘块15需要承受很大的电动力。支撑绝缘块15必须具备一定的绝缘水平,能够承受直流40kV以上的电压,而不会发生沿面闪络或击穿。
[0026] 进一步的,该电源装置还包括若干绝缘支撑件16,该若干绝缘支撑件16支撑所述分流导体圆盘7、调波电感8、及电流传感器9。
[0027] 所述屏蔽机箱的厚度为3_6mm。由于机箱门的钢板很厚,导致门的重量很大,门轴承受不了,本实用新型采用在机箱门的两侧安装挂钩的结构方案,可以承受厚重的钢板。

Claims (10)
1. 一种驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,包括屏蔽机箱(11)、收容在该屏蔽机箱内的电气元件,其特征在于:该电源装置还包括从所述屏蔽机箱内引出的高压同轴电缆(10), 该高压同轴电缆的芯线与氙灯的正极00)连接,该高压同轴电缆的外导体将氙灯的负极 (30)与所述屏蔽机箱连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:所述收容在屏蔽机箱内的电气元件包括电容器(1)、阻尼元件O)、高压母排(3)、气体开关(5)、磁开关 (6)、分流导体圆盘(7)、调波电感(8)、电流传感器(9)、及扁钢(12),其中电容器的高压极依次通过阻尼元件、高压母排、气体开关、磁开关、分流导体圆盘、调波电感、电流传感器、高压同轴电缆的芯线与氙灯的正极连接;电容器的接地极依次通过扁钢、屏蔽机箱、高压同轴电缆的外导体与氙灯的负极连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:所述高压母排为竖立在所述屏蔽机箱内中间位置的导电板。
4.如权利要求3所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:所述电容器和阻尼元件各设有若干个,该若干个电容器和阻尼元件设置在所述导电板的两侧,其中每一个电容器的高压极连接到各自对应的阻尼元件的一端,各阻尼元件的另一端与所述导电板连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:该电源装置还包括支撑所述高压母排的绝缘块,该绝缘块固定在屏蔽机箱的底部。
6.如权利要求3所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:所述导电板可采用钢板或铝板,宽度大于300mm,高度为1200〜1800mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:该电源装置还包括支撑电容器的第一环氧支撑板(13),以及支撑阻尼元件的支撑角铁(14)和第二环氧支撑板(131),该支撑角铁设置在高压母排上。
8.如权利要求1所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:该电源装置还包括支撑所述分流导体圆盘的支撑绝缘块(15),该支撑绝缘块均勻分布于圆盘底部边缘以将分流导体圆盘与机箱固定;所述高压母排、气体开关、磁开关、分流导体圆盘之间均为刚性连接,该支撑绝缘块(1¾将所述连接为一体的高压母排、气体开关、磁开关、分流导体圆盘与机箱固定。
9.如权利要求1所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:该电源装置还包括若干绝缘支撑件(16),该若干绝缘支撑件支撑所述分流导体圆盘、调波电感、及电流传感器。
10.如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8或9所述的驱动多路大功率氙灯的电源装置,其特征在于:所述屏蔽机箱的厚度为3-6mm。
