一种新型节能灯，在人们的日常生活中得到广泛的应用，它与白炽灯相比，灯光不刺眼，寿命长，节能效果好等优点。普通的一种新型节能灯，整流器位于灯头内，整流器上的电子元件散发热量，由于灯头空间有限，其周围的空气温度较高，而且由于长时间没有得到很好的散热，势必影响其使用寿命。部分一种新型节能灯生产厂家为了得到良好的散热效果，在灯头与灯罩问加了带很多散热风口环形散热圈，在使用中，由于灰尘日积月累的囤积，亦或是昆虫飞入，而导致节能灯电压增大或者减少，或者造成短路的，将会影响到节能灯的使用寿命。
发明内容：
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种具有体积小、耗电省、光线均匀柔软，使用寿命较普通节能灯更长。
