本实用新型公开了一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,其在三V刀头上半段有两个V槽,对应于上半段两个V槽之间在三V刀头下半段有一个下端V槽。所述的V槽底部为圆角。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,节块中增加三个水槽,增加了节块的水冷却面积,减轻了工具的热失效,延长工具寿命,同时变项增加金刚石对产品压入力,提搞了锋利度,更好保证了节块全阶段对石材的切割效率。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及金刚石锯切工具技术领域,更具体涉及一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,它适用于节块的锯切对象为石材。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,金刚石锯切工具广泛应用于石材加工领域。金刚石刀头节块由多种金属粉组成的胎体,当中添加金刚石颗粒在高温下,经过压制成一定几何形状后,成为焊在钢基体上的最终金刚石锯切工具。锯切电机带动锯片基体转动或移动,连接在锯片上的节块通过电机传导的动力,把结节中的金刚石颗粒压入石材表面,形成连续加工,最终把石材加工成所需要的外观。金刚石锯切性能三项指标为:1、锋利度;2、耐用度;3、稳定性。由于长方形, 方形,带孤长方形等规则金刚石刀头节块制做简单,应用较为普遍。但,锯切过程中我们发现,金刚石刀头节块锯切性能不稳定,有时锋利,有时不锋利的情况。比如:要么节块在加工前半段金刚石裸露正常,锯切锋利,节块消耗到中间时锯切阻力大,不锋利。要么节块一开始金刚石裸露不正常,通过锯切或二次修刃后加工正常。总结得出,普通节块锯切过程锋利度不稳定,很大程度上影响了石材加工效率。本新型金刚石刀头节块,正是针对此不足而专门设计的。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是在于提供了一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,结构简单,使用方便,通过节块合理的改进,保证了锯切过程中的高锋度,最终提高了产品加工效率。
[0004] 为了实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用以下技术措施:
[0005] 一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,它由三V刀头、第一 V槽、第二 V槽、下端V槽组成, 其连接关系是:在三V刀头上有第一 V槽、第二 V槽、下端V槽,在三V刀头上半段有第一 V槽、第二 V槽,对应于第一 V槽、第二 V槽之间,在三V刀头下半段有一个下端V槽(如图 1 ),与普通使用的节块相比,节块长度减少,长度的减少,在机台功率不变的情况下,压入石材的金刚石颗粒减少,从而增加了单位金刚石压入力。由于石材的加工根本是于金刚石对石材的切削,所以,金刚石压入力的增大,更有利于加工石材,最终表现为锋利度的提高。同时,由于V槽的存在,机台中的水流入V槽中,节块受冷却的面积增加,更快的带走了由于锯切产生的热量,减轻了锯切热对金刚石与金属胎体的不利影响,最终减轻了工具的热失效。当节块消耗到中段时,同样由于三个水槽的存在,也不会发生不锋利,与切割阻力大的情况。同理,节块消耗到未段时,由于一个水槽的存在同样保持较高的锯切锋利度。

[0011] 根据图1可知,一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,它由三V刀头1、第一 ¥槽加、第二 V槽2b、下端V槽3组成,其连接关系是:在三V刀头1上有第一 V槽加、第二 V槽2b、下端 V槽3,在三V刀头1上半段有第一 V槽加、第二 V槽2b,对应于第一 V槽加、第二 V槽2b 之间,在三V刀头1下半段有一个下端V槽3。第一 V槽2a、第二 V槽沘可以呈U型槽,下端V槽3可以呈U型槽,第一 V槽2a、第二 V槽2b、下端V槽3底部为圆角。电机带动锯片基体转动,冷却水出同步开起。由于在锯切过程中会产生大量的热量,冷却水正好可以带走热量,减轻金刚石热失效。可以看出,三V刀头使刀头整体冷却面增加,同时减少石材接触面,最终减轻了刀头整体热失效,延长了工具使用寿命。
[0012] 同时,从图上可以发现,由于水槽的存在,刀头相应变短了,这样刀头当中相应的压入石材金刚石变少,在机台功率不变的情况下,变项的使石材单位点上受金刚石的压力增加,石材破损增加,使工具表现出更好的锋利度。

1. 一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,它由三V刀头(1)、第一 V槽(2a)、下端V槽(3)组成, 其特征在于:在三V刀头(1)上有第一 V槽(2a)、第二 V槽(2b)、下端V槽(3),在三V刀头 (1)上半段有第一 V槽(2a)、第二 V槽(2b),对应于第一 V槽(2a)、第二 V槽(2b)之间,在三V刀头(1)下半段有一个下端V槽(3 )。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金刚石三V型刀头节块,其特征在于:所述的第一 V槽 (2a)、第二 V槽(2b)、下端V槽(3)底部为圆角。
