Abstract

【背景技术】
目前，厨房师傅在切菜时，一般是一只手按着菜，另一只手拿菜刀切菜，由于按着菜的手指离菜刀很近，很可能不小心就会伤到手，特别在酒店、饭馆等切菜量大的地方；另外，用菜刀切白菜、葱等食物时，切出的菜丝的厚度、葱段的长度会不均匀，不能满足酒店、饭馆用户的需求。
【发明内容】
鉴于背景技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在于提供一种切菜模板，利用该切菜模板辅助切菜时不易伤手，菜刀切出的菜丝厚度、葱段长度等均匀漂亮。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：
切菜模板，其特征在于：所述切菜模板是一块薄板，薄板上密布设有细条形的切口，各切口之间相互平行。各切口等距设置，各切口间距3.5-4.5mm，切口的宽度为1.2-1.3mm。
上述技术方案中，在切菜时，将切菜模板放置在待切食物(如白菜、葱)的上面，切菜模板用左手按着，此时厨房师傅右手拿菜刀只要顺着切菜模板的一个个切口往下切菜，于是菜刀切出的菜丝厚度、葱段长度就会与切菜模板的切口距离一样，菜丝厚度、葱段长度均匀漂亮，而且，由于按着切菜模板的左手可以与右手拿的菜刀距离较远，切菜时也就不易伤手，所以说，利用本实用新型辅助切菜，不易伤手，而且菜刀切出的菜丝厚度、葱段长度等均匀漂亮，最大限度满足酒店、饭馆用户的需求。

【具体实施方式】
参照附图1、2，本实用新型的切菜模板，是一块长方形的薄型平板1，该薄型平板1由注塑模具注塑整体成型，材料选用无毒塑料，薄型平板1的长宽可以选用不同规格(如260x220mm)，薄型平板1的厚度为4mm左右，所述平板1上密布设有细条形的切口2，各切口之间相互平行，各切口等距设置，各切口间距4mm左右，切口2的宽度为1.2mm左右，为便于菜刀从切口2处切入，切口2的两端均具有弧形喇叭口3。
本实用新型是这样使用的：在切菜时，将切菜模板放置在待切食物(如白菜、葱)的上面，切菜模板用左手按着，此时厨房师傅右手拿菜刀顺着切菜模板的一个个切口往下切菜，于是菜刀切出的菜丝厚度、葱段长度就会与切菜模板的切口距离一样，菜丝厚度、葱段长度均匀漂亮，而且按着切菜模板的左手与右手拿的菜刀距离较远，切菜时不易伤手。

1.切菜模板，其特征在于：所述切菜模板是一块薄板，薄板上密布设有细条形的切口，各切口之间相互平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的切菜模板，其特征在于：各切口等距设置，各切口间距3.5-4.5mm，切口的宽度为1.2-1.3mm。
