一种火灾救援的供氧防毒装置
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及火灾救援器具技术领域,特别是指一种火灾救援的供氧防毒装置。
背景技术
[0002] 火灾是人类重大的危险,在我国,火灾每年夺去数以万计的人的生命,造成重大的损失。火灾致人死亡主要有两个因素,其一是燃烧消耗大量氧气,短时间便导致火场氧气供应不足,人因为缺氧而窒息晕厥,丧失逃生可能;其二是塑料管线及塑料建筑装饰材料等燃烧产生大量有毒气体和烟尘,人呼吸后晕厥,也丧失逃生可能。针对此两项的火灾救护工具一般有氧气瓶、防毒面罩等装置,但都功能单一、使用不便,并未起到很好的救护效果。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种供氧装置,并能有效过滤空气中的有毒气体和烟尘,结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便,能满足较长时间的氧气供应,为逃生和救护赢取宝贵的时间的供氧防毒装置。
[0004] 为实现本实用新型的目的,拟采用以下技术方案:
[0005] 一种火灾救援的供氧防毒装置,其特征在于:由制氧装置、导气管和防毒面罩组成,制氧装置和防毒面罩通过导气管相连;所述的制氧装置由制氧剂存储罐、催化剂袋、制氧室和过滤室组成;所述的制氧剂存储罐内置有过碳酸钠(化学式:2Na2C03 · 3H202),罐口用铝箔密封,通过螺纹旋接于制氧室的上部接口 ;催化剂袋中装有二氧化锰粉剂;制氧室和过滤室制为一体并用隔板隔开;隔板上部连接通气管,通气管的另一端延伸至过滤室底部;过滤室上部连接导气管。使用时,在制氧室和过滤室中加入适量的水,再将催化剂袋中的催化剂倒入制氧室的水中,制氧剂存储罐中的过碳酸钠落入到制氧室之后,在催化剂的作用下,与水作用产生大量氧气,氧气通过隔板上部的通气管通入过滤室中水的底部,经过水体的过滤后,形成纯净的氧气,再通过设置在过滤室上部的导气管将氧气输入到防毒面罩中,供人使用。
[0006] 作为进一步说明,所述的制氧室上部接口的螺纹与制氧剂存储罐罐口的螺纹相匹配,使得制氧剂存储罐卡合在制氧室的上部。
[0007] 作为进一步说明,所述的制氧室上部接口处设置有向上的棘刺。使用时,向下旋转卡合在制氧室上部的制氧剂存储罐,棘刺划破制氧剂存储罐罐口的铝箔,使存储在制氧剂存储罐中的过碳酸钠落入到制氧室的水中,以便发生化学反应制取氧气。
[0008] 作为进一步说明,所述的制氧室和过滤室中还设置有挡水板。考虑到火场救护时剧烈运动会导致制氧室和过滤室中的水体剧烈晃动,不利于制取氧气,而在水位线上加装挡水板之后,可化解一定的水体波动,使水体保持一定的平稳,产生氧气的速率也就趋于平稳。
[0009] 作为进一步说明,所述的制氧装置上设置有背带,便于随身携带。[0010] 作为进一步说明,所述的防毒面罩中部设置有过滤元件,过滤元件中置有活性炭, 可有效过滤空气中的有害气体和烟尘等,为火场救护提供更多的保护,赢取救助时间。
[0011] 作为进一步说明,所述的防毒面罩中部还设置有呼吸活门,呼吸活门上连接导气管,便于氧气的接入。
[0012] 作为进一步说明,所述的制氧剂存储罐的螺纹末端设置有环形突起。制氧室中制取氧气时,制氧室和制氧剂存储罐之间的螺纹有一定间隙,导致气密性不佳,制取的氧气会通过间隙逃逸。设置环形突起后,向下旋转制氧剂存储罐到棘刺划破铝箔时,该环形突起与制氧室接口完全卡合密封,可有效防止氧气逃逸,使制得的氧气完全进入到过滤室中,供火灾救援使用。
[0013] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型的结构简单,过碳酸钠等原料的价格也较低,使用极其方便,只需向下旋转制氧剂存储罐并戴上防毒面罩即可,且制取氧气反应时间短,一定量的过碳酸钠能制取大量的氧气,可满足较长时间的呼吸使用,为火灾救护赢取更多宝贵的生命时间。值得推广。

[0019] 结合图1,本实用新型实施例为火灾救援供氧防毒装置,包含有防毒面罩1、导气管2、制氧装置3、背带4。其中,防毒面罩1由过滤元件11、呼吸活门12、眼窗13组成,呼吸活门12与导气管2的一端通过插入方式相连;眼窗13位于防毒面罩1的上部,过滤元件 11位于防毒面罩1的下部。导管2的另一端与制氧装置3连接;背带4通过环扣的方式设置在制氧装置3上,以方便本实用新型的携带。
[0020] 结合图2,制氧装置3中有制氧剂存储罐31、制氧室32、挡水板一 323、隔板33、通气管34、过滤室35、挡水板二 351、水位线5。其中,制氧剂存储罐31的罐口上设置有螺纹, 与制氧室32上部接口处设置的螺纹相匹配,制氧剂存储罐31与制氧室32卡合;挡水板一 323在制氧室32的上部,挡水板二 351位于过滤室35的上部,隔板33将制氧室32与过滤室35隔开,通气管34开口的一端设置在隔板33上,另一端向下延伸至过滤室35的底部; 水位线5位于制氧室32与过滤室35的内部,紧挨挡水板一 323与挡水板二 351,用于水位的限制;制氧剂存储罐31内部装有过碳酸钠(化学式:2Na2C03*3H202)作为制氧原材料,罐口用铝箔密封,实际使用中,还配备有一袋二氧化锰作为催化剂,加快制氧的速度,制氧室 32装有水作为化学反应剂,过滤室35装有水作为过滤剂,两者水位均不超过标准水位线5。
[0021] 结合图3,制氧室32上部的接口处设置有向上的棘刺322,在使用时,向下旋转制氧剂存储罐31,棘刺322便可刺破制氧剂存储罐31罐口上密封的铝箔,制氧剂存储罐31中的碳酸钠落入制氧室32中,与水反应,生成氧气;制氧剂存储罐31的罐口上设置有螺纹,螺纹末端有环形凸起311,实现制氧剂存储罐31与制氧室32密封卡合,防止生成的氧气外溢。 本实用新型中结构简单,制取氧气的过程短,少量的原材料可以得到较多的氧气,能够达到比较好的救护效果。
