本实用新型提供一种料仓出料装置,包括圆环(1),下料管(2),内锥体(3),圆台锥体(4),筒体(5),其特征在于:根据需要体积制作一个筒体(5),再在筒体下部连接一个圆台锥体(4),在圆台锥体下面连接上一个圆环(1),在圆环的中间环向上连接一个内锥体(3),在圆环上根据需要开出和下料管直径一样的圆孔,并在圆孔中接上下料管(2),可以提高料仓的有效体积,减少料仓积料,同时,实现多出口顺利放料又方便操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及白炭黑生产线料仓出料系统,具体为一种料仓出料装置。 
背景技术
目前白炭黑生产厂家料仓都采用立式圆筒形结构,下部做成锥体,由于包装需要须开多个出料口,几个出料口又不能相距太近影响包装工作,所以出料管一般开的位置离锥底都较高,考虑到出料管出料的通畅,出料管的倾斜角又做的较大,这样就要求锥体部分锥度必须较小,才能满足上面这些要求。由于锥体锥度做小,造成锥体部分可以存放的体积减少,出料管较高,又造成锥体部分积料较多放不完,因此,造成料仓有效体积减小,相应的造价就提高,同时由于积料较多又造成需要较多的清料时间,降低了生产效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有料仓出料系统存在的料仓有效体积小,积料较多的问题。本实用新型提供一种料仓出料装置,可以提高料仓的有效体积,减少料仓积料,同时,实现多出口顺利放料又方便操作。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种料仓出料装置,包括圆环(1),下料管(2),内锥体(3),圆台锥体(4),筒体(5),其特征在于:根据需要体积制作一个筒体(5),再在筒体下部连接一个圆台锥体(4),在圆台锥体下面连接上一个圆环(1),在圆环的中间环向上连接一个内锥体(3),在圆环上根据需要开出和下料管直径一样的圆孔,并在圆孔中接上下料管(2)。 
工作原理:当料进入圆筒时,料下落到圆台锥体并堆积,由于由内锥体的导向作用,当下料管放料时,料在筒体内部不会搭积,使筒体内的物料能充分地放完,同时,由于设置了内锥体,使得料仓直径可以做大,高度可以降低,而下料管就可以安装在底部并有充分的距离,不会互相影响操作,也不会出现积料影响放料速度。 
有益效果:制作简单,有效容积大;筒体容积可以做大,而高度可以降低,减少基建投资;出料口安装在底部,距离分布宽,可以装多个出料口又互相不影响操作;出料速度快又不积料,整体美观。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型的一种料仓出料装置作进一步的描述。 
如图1~2所示,本实用新型是一组合件,首先根据需要体积制作一个筒体(5),再在筒体下部连接一个圆台锥体(4),在圆台锥体下面连接一个圆环(1),在圆环的中间环向上连接一个内锥体(3),在圆环上根据需要开出和下料管直径一样的圆孔,并在圆孔中接上下料管(2),当使用时,在下料管上安装放料阀或用扎布袋来控制出料。
