技术领域
本实用新型属于环境工程技术领域,涉及一种可在工频电场强度测量过程中使用的湿度影响消除装置。
背景技术
伴随着输电电压等级的逐渐增高和人们环保意识的逐渐增强,人们对高压输电线路周围电场强度的关注日益增多。现有的交流工频电场强度测量仪器一般是通过测量电容片间的感应电流从而计算得到相关电场强度。而高湿度环境下,测量仪器表面形成水膜以及电容片极板间易形成极大的泄漏电流,从而使测得的感应电流值充斥虚假成分而不可信,进而使高湿度环境下测得的工频电场强度值亦不准确亦不可信。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种湿度影响消除装置。使用该装置,可回避高湿度环境条件对工频电场测量仪器的影响,从而即使在高湿度环境下也可以精确地测量电场强度。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,参见附图1,所提供的这种湿度影响消除装置,如图1所示,由工频电场强度测试探头1、真空泵2、去湿机3、数显式温湿度计4通过软管5依次串联组成。其中所述工频电场强度测试探头1的下端一侧开有进风口11,另一侧开有出风口12。所述工频电场强度测试探头1即由该进风口11通过软管5与真空泵2连接,并由该出风口12通过软管5经数显式温湿度计4与去湿机3连接。
由以上构成的本实用新型的这种湿度影响消除装置,可在工频电场强度测量过程中使用,使用时,由其工频电场强度测量探头1进行工频电场强度的测量,由去湿机3产生干燥风,通过真空泵2将去湿机3在高湿度环境下产出的干燥风送入工频电场强度探头1内除湿。而数显式温湿度计4的作用是实时监控工频电场强度探头1出风口处的湿度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)工频电场强度测量探头湿度可控,可避免高湿度环境下探头内部电容片极板间形成泄漏电流;
(2)能够消除湿度对工频电场测量探头的干扰,保证工频电场强度测量值的准确性;
(3)该装置整体设计轻巧,携带方便,操作简单,投资少,成本低;
(4)该装置可匹配多种高湿度环境下工作的其它仪器,使之不受环境因素的制约而可照常工作。

具体实施方式
参见附图1,本实用新型该实施例的一种可在高湿度环境下精确测量工频电场强度的装置如图1所示,它所包含的组件工频电场强度测量探头采用德国narda公司生产的EFA-300型工频电场测试仪探头;组件真空泵2采用市售凌晨牌CZR单相交流真空泵;去湿机3采用森井(日本)有限公司出产的CH150D型去湿机;数显式温湿度计4采用法国KIMO公司出产的HID200型数显式温湿度计;上述组件按上述技术解决方案通过软管5依次密封串联。该软管5采用市售口径为¢2cm的5m硬质塑料软管。上述工频电场强度测试探头1的下端一侧开设进风口11,另一侧开设出风口12,工频电场强度测试探头1的进风口11通过软管5连接真空泵2;工频电场强度测试探头1的出风口12通过软管5连接去湿机3,而数显式温湿度计4接于该工频电场强度测试探头1的出风口12与该去湿机3之间。
本实施例经试制试用被证明效果良好,的确能在工频电场强度测量过程中克服高湿度影响,干扰小。使用方便,几无误差,完全达到设计要求。

1.一种湿度影响消除装置,其特征在于,它由工频电场强度测试探头(1)、真空泵(2)、去湿机(3)、数显式温湿度计(4)通过软管(5)依次串联组成,其中所述工频电场强度测试探头(1)的下端一侧开有进风口(11),另一侧开有出风口(12),所述工频电场强度测试探头(1)即由该进风口(11)通过软管(5)与真空泵(2)连接,并由该出风口12通过软管(5)经数显式温湿度计(4)与去湿机(3)连接。
