Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:它包括:一底座、一支架和一发光模组,其中:所述底座定义了一安装面,该底座置于其上;所述支架具有一第一转轴(1),将该支架分为上段和下段;所述下段还具有一与所述底座活动连接的第二转轴(2),该第二转轴(2)与所述安装面平行;所述发光模组与所述支架的上段通过一第三转轴(3)活动连接。该LED灯具活动结构因为三个转轴的存在,使得LED灯具支架可调整前后俯仰角度,增大水平及垂直照射方向的角度,同时发光模组可以任意调整左右旋转照射,方便得到需要的光线方向。

一种LED灯具活动结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明设备,具体是一种LED灯具的活动结构。 
背景技术
由于LED光源发热低、光效高、显色性高的特点,使得LED光源在室内和家居照明中的应用渐渐开始普及。一方面,在各种光色表现力上,LED光源具有传统光源不具备的优点;另一方面,LED光源有一些自身的限制,比较明显的就是方向性较强。 
在室内照明应用中,除非是需要强调重点的照明,一般来说都需要灯具可以照射在比较大的范围;如此,LED灯具如果采用固定结构的设计,其方向性强的特点使其照射范围达不到要求。其中一个处理办法是对LED光源进行独特的光学处理,扩大其照射角,但这样一来必然会损失灯具发光效率。 
因此,在不过多地对LED光源进行光学处理的情况下,如何便利地使用LED光源进行室内照明,成为一个必然的需求。 
实用新型内容
针对LED光源方向性强,需要满足较大范围照明的问题,本实用新型提出一种LED灯具活动结构,其技术方案如下: 
一种LED灯具活动结构,它包括:一底座、一支架和一发光模组,所述底座位于整个结构的正下方,所述发光模组与支架活动连接置于底座之上;其中: 
所述底座定义了一安装面,该底座置于其上; 
所述支架具有一第一转轴(1),将该支架分为上段和下段;所述下段还具 有一与所述底座活动连接的第二转轴(2),该第二转轴(3)与所述安装面平行; 
所述发光模组与所述支架的上段通过一第三转轴(3)活动连接。 
作为本技术方案的优选者,可以作如下改进: 
一较佳实施例的所述第一转轴(1)和第二转轴(2)平行,且二者活动轨迹所在平面始终垂直于所述安装面。 
一较佳实施例的所述第三转轴与所述第一、第二转轴(1和2)均保持垂直。 
一较佳实施例的所述第一、第二和第三转轴的活动轨迹所在的平面始终垂直于所述安装面。 
一较佳实施例的所述第三转轴与所述发光模组之间还具有一使两者可相对滑动的轨道结构。 
一较佳实施例的所述底座为一平板状,所述第二转轴活动连接于该底座外沿侧边上。 
一较佳实施例的所述支架的上段包括一直段和一U形段;所述直段与所述U形段的一臂在臂端头相垂直固接一体,直段末端与所述下段通过所述第一转轴连接; 
所述U形段的另一臂延长,其末端通过所述第三转轴连接位于所述发光模组中部的所述轨道结构。 
一较佳实施例的所述支架的上段与下段均为扁平条状。 
从以上技术方案来看,本实用新型带来的有益效果是: 
1.因为三个转轴的存在,使得LED灯具支架可调整前后俯仰角度,增大水平及垂直照射方向的角度,同时发光模组可以任意调整左右旋转照射,方便得到需要的光线方向。 
2.三个转轴使整个灯具可以便利地折叠,占用很少的储藏空间,同时搭 配轨道结构,使得发光模组与支架及底座更加紧凑。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例概要侧视及第二转轴工作示意图;该实施例中,所有的部件均采用比较简洁的设计,底座5是一矩形平板状,置于平台上;底座5的一条边沿侧边与支架下段42通过第二转轴2连接,该第二转轴可以如图中虚线所示地调整整个第二转轴2以上部件的姿态; 
支架还有一部分是上段41,该上段41通过第一转轴1与下段42连接;从图中上段41的剖面可见,上段包括一直段和一U形段;直段与U形段的一臂在臂端相垂直,且是一体成型,其末端与下段42通过第一转轴1连接;而U形段的另一臂延长,其末端通过第三转轴3与发光模组6中部的轨道结构相连接。 
图2是实施例的第一转轴工作示意图;从图中可见上段41可以通过第一转轴1后仰,使得发光模组6所在平面与下段42相平行。 
图3是实施例第三转轴工作示意图;该图是图2姿态的俯视图。图中发光 模组6在纸面内旋转,可达到61和62两个状态。 
图4示意了轨道结构的工作状态,如箭头所示方向,发光模组6可以移动,向右达到上段41内虚线所示的位置。置于这个轨道结构,如图5所示通过第三转轴3末端与发光模组6通过剖面类似卡榫的形式,使发光模组6可以在垂直纸面的方向内往复滑动。 
如图6所示,是实施例全折叠状态示意图。可见下段42与底座5通过第二转轴2旋转贴合;上段41与发光模组6连接的一侧与下段42通过第一转轴1保持平行;而发光模组6缩至上段41的U形部分底部。整个灯具占用空间明显缩小,便于储藏、运输。 
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即依本实用新型专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型涵盖的范围内。 

Claims (8)

1.一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:它包括:一底座、一支架和一发光模组,所述底座位于整个结构的正下方,所述发光模组与支架活动连接置于底座之上;其中:
所述底座定义了一安装面,该底座置于其上;
所述支架具有一第一转轴(1),将该支架分为上段和下段;所述下段还具有一与所述底座活动连接的第二转轴(2),该第二转轴(2)与所述安装面平行;
所述发光模组与所述支架的上段通过一第三转轴(3)活动连接。
2.如权利要求1所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述第一转轴(1)和第二转轴(2)平行,且二者活动轨迹所在平面始终垂直于所述安装面。
3.如权利要求2所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述第三转轴与所述第一、第二转轴(1和2)均保持垂直。
4.如权利要求3所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述第一、第二和第三转轴的活动轨迹所在的平面始终垂直于所述安装面。
5.如权利要求4所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述第三转轴与所述发光模组之间还具有一使两者可相对滑动的轨道结构。
6.如权利要求4或5所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述底座为一平板状,所述第二转轴活动连接于该底座外沿侧边上。 
7.如权利要求6所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述支架的上段包括一直段和一U形段;所述直段与所述U形段的一臂在臂端头相垂直且固接一体,直段末端与所述下段通过所述第一转轴连接;
所述U形段的另一臂延长,其末端通过所述第三转轴连接位于所述发光模组中部的所述轨道结构。
8.如权利要求7所述一种LED灯具活动结构,其特征在于:所述支架的上段与下段均为扁平条状。
