背景技术
本申请人所有CN201391575Y、名称“ 高强滚子链”， 它包括外链板、内链板、销轴,销轴套有套筒,套筒上套有滚子。优点：一是装配简单,结构合理,耐磨性能好；二是强度高,转动灵活,使用寿命长。其需改进的是：减小摩擦力，提高承载力。
实用新型内容
设计目的：避免背景技术中的不足之处，设计一种滚动摩擦力小、承载力大的轴承滚子链。
设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。本实用新型在结构设计上，链条中的销轴与套筒之间轴承的设置，是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于：滚珠轴承是运用圆金属珠运转，属于点的接触，不仅激活运转很容易，而且点接触所产生的摩擦力小，用其作为链条套筒滚动基件，其点接触的钢珠不仅能够将所承载的力均匀进行分配，承载力大，而且摩擦阻力非常小，大大地提高了链条的承载力。
技术方案：一种轴承滚子链，它包括链条，所述链条中的销轴上套有轴承，套筒套在销轴上。
本实用新型与背景技术相比，一是极大地减小了链条的摩擦力；二是有效地提高了链条的承载力；三是转动灵活、自如。

实施例1：参照附图1。一种轴承滚子链，它包括链条1，所述链条1中的销轴3上套有轴承2，套筒4套在销轴3上，所述的轴承2为球形轴承，其制作工艺系现有技术，在此不作叙述。
