Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置。该装置包括镀槽、母槽、处理槽、泵、冷凝管、冷冻机、过滤机。镀槽中的镀液通过过滤机输送到母槽,母槽与处理槽通过泵来输送镀液,处理槽内侧绕有蛇形冷凝管,蛇形冷凝管与冷冻机连接,取样分析镀液,当碳酸钠浓度超过75g/L时,利用泵把母槽内的镀液输送到处理槽,启动冷冻机使处理槽中的镀液温度降至-5℃,使碳酸钠结晶析出,并提出碳酸钠晶体,处理后的镀液通过泵输送回母槽,母槽通过过滤机把镀液输送到镀槽,实现了碳酸钠的在线处理,提高了钢带生产的效率和质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置,具体是一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置。 
背景技术
国际上铜价格上升很快,给我国汽车等产业带来较大成本压力。经过论证和实践证明,在汽车,家电等行业,钢材镀铜制品代替铜制品是可行的,甚至在某些方面的性能反而比铜更好些。镀铜钢带主要用来生产帮迪管,普遍应用在汽车油管、地板加热管、空调管等方面。利用氰化镀铜,可以得到致密、平整、结合力良好的镀层,所以钢带连续镀铜采用氰化镀铜工艺。 
氰化镀铜的最佳温度范围是60-80℃,在此温度下镀液容易氧化,碳酸钠的含量不断增加。当碳酸钠含量超过75g/L时,镀液电流效率下降,镀层疏松,光亮范围小,产生毛刺,阳极容易钝化。采用冷冻法去除碳酸钠需将温度降至-5℃,使碳酸钠结晶析出,并提出碳酸钠晶体,现有的钢带连续镀铜生产线没有在线处理碳酸钠的装置,导致处理碳酸钠时需停止生产,降低了生产效率。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置。本实用新型所述的一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置,包括镀槽、母槽、处理槽、泵、冷凝管、冷冻机、过滤机。镀槽和母槽通过过滤机相连接,母槽和处理槽通过泵相连接,处理槽内绕有蛇形冷凝管,蛇形冷凝管与槽外的冷冻机相连。取样分析母槽内的镀液,当碳酸钠超过75g/L时,打开泵把母槽内的镀液输送到处理槽,启动冷冻机使镀液温度降至-5℃,使碳酸钠结晶,并提出碳酸钠晶体,处理后的镀液通过泵输送回母槽,母槽通过过滤机把镀液输送到镀槽,实现了碳酸钠的在线回收,保证了钢带镀铜的连续性,提高了钢带生产的效率与质量。

具体实施方式
如图所示本实用新型所述的一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置,包括镀液槽、母槽、处理槽、泵、冷凝管、冷冻机、过滤机。镀槽中的镀液通过过滤机输送到母槽,取样分析母槽内的镀液,当碳酸钠超过75g/L时,打开泵 把母槽内的镀液输送到处理槽,启动冷冻机使镀液温度降至-5℃,使碳酸钠结晶,并提出碳酸钠晶体,处理后的镀液通过泵输送回母槽,母槽通过过滤机把镀液输送到镀槽,实现了碳酸钠的在线处理。

1.一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置,由母槽和处理槽组成,其特征在于:镀槽和母槽通过过滤机相连接,母槽和处理槽通过泵相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢带连续镀铜在线处理碳酸钠的装置,其特征在于:处理槽内绕有蛇形冷凝管,蛇形冷凝管与槽外的冷冻机相连。
