本实用新型公开了一种新型固态发酵罐,包括主机箱,主机箱连接有空调机组,所述主机箱内设有多个装盘架,主机箱与空调机组连接的送风管道上连接有外置式臭氧发生器。主机箱的外形为长方体结构,两端分别设有导风板,空调机组的送风管道与主机箱的两端分别连接。主机箱内设有采光灯、视镜和摄像头等。节能、安全、结构简单,培养条件容易控制。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发酵装置,尤其涉及一种新型固态发酵罐。 
背景技术
生物反应器提供生物生长的环境,可以组织外部物质的进入和内部物质的溢出,必须无毒、耐振动、不易腐蚀,有良好的搅拌、通气、散热、冷却系统,能够进行无菌操作。固态发酵不同于深层液态发酵,反应基质以固态形式存在,反应体系内的传递过程极其复杂,包括气-固、气-液、液-固等形式,气相是其最主要的流动介质,因此固态发酵生物反应器与液体发酵反应器有着显著的区别。 
现有技术中,已有许多类型的固态发酵反应器问世(包括实验室、中试、工业生产规模),其中工业规模的固态发酵反应器有转鼓式、木盒式、加盖盘式、垂直培养盒式、倾斜接种盒式、浅盘式、传送带式、圆柱式、混合式等。 
现有技术中的固态发酵设备尚存在的缺点: 
1、发酵基质的相对静止,热量、氧气和其他营养物质的传递困难,从而导致基质内部温度、湿度、酸碱度和菌体生长状态的严重不均匀。 
2、设备本身的灭菌多采用蒸汽灭菌的方式,此种方式要求设备是受压容器,设备本身的制作费用较高;再一个是用蒸汽灭菌也存在一个蒸汽来源和制备蒸汽的污染问题。 
3、工艺培养及无菌保障用的是压缩空气通风系统,存在着制备压缩空气的能耗高的现状,加热和降温过程使用的空气不能回收,对整个系统是一个能量消耗的过程。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能、安全,培养条件容易控制的新型固态发酵罐。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
本实用新型的新型固态发酵罐,包括主机箱,所述主机箱连接有空调机组,所述主机箱内设有多个装盘架,所述主机箱与所述空调机组连接的送风管道上连接有外置式臭 氧发生器。 
由上述本实用新型提供的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的新型固态发酵罐,由于主机箱连接有空调机组,主机箱内设有多个装盘架,主机箱与空调机组连接的送风管道上连接有外置式臭氧发生器。节能、安全,培养条件容易控制。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型实施例作进一步地详细描述。 
本实用新型的新型固态发酵罐,其较佳的具体实施方式如图1、图2所示: 
包括主机箱,所述主机箱连接有空调机组,所述主机箱内设有多个装盘架,所述主机箱与所述空调机组连接的送风管道上连接有外置式臭氧发生器。 
所述主机箱的外形为长方体结构。 
所述主机箱的两端分别设有导风板,所述空调机组的送风管道与所述主机箱的两端分别连接。 
所述主机箱内设有采光灯、视镜和/或摄像头。 
本实用新型的新型固态发酵罐分主机箱(培养室)和空调机组两个主要设备,属常压容器; 
空调机箱用于主机箱内净化空气、温度、湿度、供给及调节,含风机、初中高效过滤,加热、制冷、臭氧灭菌、加湿等功能段。 
主机箱为培养室,因为是常压设备,设备外形是长方形结构,相对原设备有较大的装料量; 
设备有照明、视镜、也可以安装摄像头; 
设备与系统内接触的部件以不锈钢为主; 
应用于生物医药、食品加工、农药生产等领域。 
具体实施例中,可以采用现已成熟的空气净化技术,空气净化机箱内部安装有新(回)风混合段、初(中)效过滤段、表冷段、风机段、加湿段、加热段、高效过滤段,配合外置式臭氧发生器,形成一套可以自动调节供给培养箱内无菌空气的系统,其风量、温度、湿度及箱体内正压环境均可实现自控; 
以鼓风机送风、回风形成循环风,并且由于箱体内的环境是微正压条件,送风采用双侧送(回)风定时调节方式,更有利于培养菌的正常生长;较原用压缩空气系统对节能和安全性有更好的优势。 
具体实施例的固态发酵罐初步设计按20M3容积,在考虑装料量及光照要求的条件下,设计培养盘装入数量为156盘,按每盘装料5-6Kg,总装料量约:780-936Kg;单台箱体的容积越大装料系数越高。 
本实用新型是一个大型的无菌、恒温、恒湿培养设备,涉及到空气净化、传质、传热、生物化工技术以及配套的工业自动化检测、控制技术的综合应用。

1.一种新型固态发酵罐,包括主机箱,其特征在于,所述主机箱连接有空调机组,所述主机箱内设有多个装盘架,所述主机箱与所述空调机组连接的送风管道上连接有外置式臭氧发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型固态发酵罐,其特征在于,所述主机箱的外形为长方体结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型固态发酵罐,其特征在于,所述主机箱的两端分别设有导风板,所述空调机组的送风管道与所述主机箱的两端分别连接。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的新型固态发酵罐,其特征在于,所述主机箱内设有采光灯、视镜和/或摄像头。
